Interesting place.The staff was quite friendly, very informative and helpful. I loved that. The concept of color coding was cool.However, I started to see the prices and was shocked. I couldn't understand who's buying these. The lowest price I found was $30, most things were $80, and many were $100-$200, and these clothes are used. Who's buying used clothes for these prices? If I want to spend $150 on a dress I'd buy a $150 new dress. I did see a stained shirt as well, I believe it was in the whites/red section towards the back, whatever, I see lots of stained shirts at goodwill, but for these prices? Who's the audience? Clearly there is one, but who? Why? I went to multiple consignment stores today, most expensive clothing piece I saw at those was $25ish

Unfortunately I find that items are overpriced compared to other consignment shops in the area and there are no returns which is unfortunate considering other consignments do offer returns. On my last visit I found a dress with the original tag still on, the original store had marked it on sale with a sale price of $55 and urban exchange was asking $104.It’s a bummer that folks are asked to set beverages down while shopping, not a great customer experience especially when located a few doors down from a local cafe and I love to sip while I brows.

I love this shop!! They have a wide range of great clothes, and the staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve never noticed issues with cleanliness or flaws in the clothing - it basically feels like I’m browsing brand-new clothes. Plus they have great sales and even the normal pricing seems fair, given the quality of the items. I went in today to try to find a dress to wear to a wedding, and came out with three great options for less than I would have paid for any one of them at a different store! Whatever clothing you’re looking for, go check this place out :)

I find something I love every time I visit! Good quality items and with how often they have 25%-50% off everything sales, it’s easy to find great deals!

Stopped by and the store was very crowded from all the racks filled with clothing. It was very hard to go through items, shoes were on the floor underneath.They have no plus size sections and I saw a Meijer brand shirt for $30.Not a good welcoming experience either.I don’t think I would go back.

I was surprised by the prices of things. They wanted $40-50 dollars for a J.Crew or Banana Republic item when you can purchase it new from the retailer if you get it on sale. Some of the items were very worn. I wanted to keep looking but the prices are too high for my liking, especially for used items.
