The continue to transfer my phone calls to their fax line instead of just doing their job and answering. Had a package supposedly attempt delivery with no answer- even though we were home at the time and there was no attempt. The tracking number says a notice was left- there was no notice left. Now I have a package somewhere that I can’t track or schedule redelivery, because I have no notice to track it with!

This post office is amazing. Went to do a renewal of a passport. Got to work with two different employees. Both were very knowledgeable with a process and able to put me at ease. Was a great experience. Would highly recommend this post office.

They don't know how to answer the phone ? I have literally called 3 times and still nothing they just let the phone ring and ring.

I came in for a passport application expecting a long, stressful process, as many applications requiring multiple legal documents are and experienced neither. I was helped by Anthony, he's detail oriented and so friendly and welcoming. Such a positive experience!

Been 3 days since my package was "out for delivery" and is now "awaiting delivery scan"..... How can you deliver all the rest of someone's mail every single day from the same business and building but not a package that's been on your truck for 3 days? How does that even work? Usually my packages come through FedEx or UPS and moving forward I'm going to try and make sure they do. USPS can drop off junk mail and trash meijer coupons every day but not the package and service I paid for?....Trash

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I called to see if my overflow mail was there. And was told it was... without them even looking at my address. Once I brought up that was impossible for him to know if it was or not without him, asking me my address I was hung up on. went to the post office, mail wasn’t there and when I spoke to the manager about the disrespect from the associate on the phone, his response was, I can’t do nothing about it. Absolutely ridiculous

I receive notification of mail to be delivered by USPS Informed Delivery everyday. I continue to not receive the mail that I was notified of. This past week there were 2 that were not delivered, both very important mail, 1 being my renewed license. You cannot get through to the post office via phone. The service is getting worse by the day.

Why remove the outside package drop offs....? I can't tell you how inconvenient that is. I wasn't the only one saying this. As I was dropping off a package there were 2 people out there also saying how inconvenient this is.

Some of the staffs seriously lack basic work knowledge and procedure. They were about to insert an envelope inside my another envelope without putting any tracking number. When I asked, then she asked another staff and accepted her mistake. I could be in serious trouble if i didn’t challenge her. Other things also, one person was asking other which shows they dont know what they are doing.

I needed a key for my mailbox in my community, the last home owner didn't turn it in. I paid for the service during their busy season of course, but even waiting a little longer didn't matter as long as I got my key, but everyone was great especially Katie at the desk and Josie over the phone who called and kept me updated! I really appreciate the service they have provided!

Constantly miss pick ups. Phone number is no good. Postmaster told me to just come and drop them off. Why do you think we schedule the pick ups. We have our job to do, please do yours.

Redirected by corporate to the branch for a refund. No one will pick up the phone AND, eventually, all I get it a dial up tone. Hopefully this is a misunderstanding and they just need to update their contact info.I'll call corporate again but I'm exasperated.
