Lobby lacks basic mailing literature, specifically certified mailing materials. Arrived at 9:45 AM and window was closed. Poor customer service, no consistency.

A small Post Office in walkable downtown with pleasant staff and no long lines! We always have a good experience with the friendly and efficient postal worker!

Had to come here because no one working in the hotel knew what to do with a properly stamped and addressed postcard. Nice branch, friendly competent worker, clean, bright. They must be a little short on space because they have their pumpkins up front instead of hidden from public view in the back.

Package mailed 05/20/22 from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.,it is now 06/19/22 and it is headed for 49513 for a 2nd time.

Will not pick up the phone call when you call to speak with an operator.Operators voice mail box is full so you can't leave a message.I've been trying to call for 2 days around a total of 15 phone calls and nothing.I was redirected for help to this center and have received ZERO RESPONSE.I will be going to the corporate office with complaints.

A GRAND RAPIDS MI DISTRIBUTION CENTER ANNEX employee stole my suitcase that was shipped with christmas gifts in October 2020. The employee was Never held accountable. My belongings were Never recovered or received. USPS did nothing, gave me the run around, and ultimately i spent more time and put forth more efforts into trying to find my suitcase than they did.

This is probably the most professional USPS in GR -- I've found the staff here to be more caring than most. It's not super convenient to get to but, I've never had a negative experience here.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could...I went to this post office a few days ago for the first time. Â I will never go back. Â I was trying to mail something so that I would get a signature from the recipient. Â The lady was very rude and talking over me when I tried to ask her a question. Â She was telling me that I couldn't use that envelope or that address. Â I finally got an answer as to where I could get another envelope. I filled it out and was waiting in line again, for the other employee who was trying to open his register. Â I was not going to the same lady again. Â When I realized the register wouldn't be opening in time for me to avoid her, I threw the envelope away and left. Â I went to another post office to mail my stuff. Â Two days later I got that same envelope in the mail. Â She dug it out of the trash, taped it shut, and mailed it to me with shipping charges, stating that envelopes weren't free. Â She mailed it, she can pay the shipping. Â I will be getting ahold of the supervisor!! Very unprofessional.

Shittiest service ever! Been calling the past 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone. They just really suck at their jobs.
