Terrible customer service... not sure why I bothered to wait in line when they are pulling people from the back of the line to get the same service they knew I was waiting for (a money order that they didn't even have in stock until almost noon 😑) Where is the DOGE department when you need them!?!

Majority of the time my packages go in and out of here within a day but my small maybe 4 envelope sized package has been sitting in here on delay for 5 days I get it's the Christmas season and they're very overworked rn but I'm getting a little annoyed hopefully I get my package soon.
