I popped in earlier today to get packaging for an international shipment I was making, and the AMAZING employee there made sure I had all the paperwork I needed and was prepared. When I got it all sorted and came back, there was a long line and she was by herself. I, and everyone else in the line (we openly talked about it), were stunned by this woman's grace and professionalism. GIVE HER A RAISE.

Consistently doesn’t pick up my mail, even when delivering. Constant calls have changed nothing. Most untrustworthy, unreliable service in the country currently.

During shipping process, multiple pieces of art have been damaged through USPS. Both worth over 500$ a piece. And these were shipped at separate times in the past year. Extremely disappointed.

A very unassuming location, so be sure you know where you are going. Service at this United States Postal Service post office location is consistently good. Parking a little quirky, especially when trying to leave the parking lot.

The Post office has turned into a Greedy/ Bad customer service Business . They want to charge you for everything (scissor,tape and pens). What harm would it hurt to have those items available for your paying customer. We are the ones paying for these items. This world has lost touch with the simple things in life. They've forgotten who keeps them in business. If I'm not mistaking we do pay taxes which pays the employe and for the office supplies. All things will come to an end so. There are to many other carriers with better Customer service and won't charge for asking for tape or scissors such as the Post office. Soon everything will be election. Ups and FedEx will soon take over. The Post office needs to humble their selves. Mail is going to be a thing in the past ‼️

I have always received excellent service at this post office. The workers have always been very busy - just one person attending many customers, but they have been very gracious and knowledgeable.

I’ve gone to this post office several times over the years and am always impressed at the speed and friendliness of workers. It’s small and there’s only one worker so sometimes there’s a line, but I’ve never had any trouble

I've never utilized the post office more than in the past few months. Due to Covid, we haven't traveled to see family in months. Being able to send packages and cards and pictures out has helped us stay connected. Every package I've sent through the AH office has arrived intact. The clerks are working so hard under extreme circumstances, and I appreciate them all.

Really polite staff! I actually am reviewing to counter the people who don't understand how post offices operate.It is not this stores fault if your package was delayed, if power goes out, or if the system is down. There's a pandemic right now. There's also been storms rolling through weekly.It's not these kind worker's fault your package didn't arrive in two days (if it was that important you could've drove to Muskegon instead of last second shipping and then leaving a 1 star review because you don't know how mail works).Before leaving poor reviews because you're upset you don't know how postal service works, maybe consider reviewing your experience with the actual store.

Worst experience ever. The lady working there today (08/03/20 at 3pm) is the most rude person I have ever seen. I tried to explain clearly what I needed, she kept cutting me off and telling me “this is not how you do it”, although I have clear instructions from the embassy on how to do it and which enveloppe I needed. I had to insist but all of it ended with my official document (birth certificate) being torn up. Do not go there. Never had issues in East Grand Rapids so I will keep going there from now on.

Arrived at 4:55, they locked the doors early. It was clear I arrived before 5:00 and a customer in line opened the door and the worker behind the counter yelled to go back out and that they are closed. I am handicapped and they would not even let me put a prepaid postage box on the counter and leave. I had to go to another facility in the mall and walk my packages in on a broken hip. How rude. If you close at 4:55, post it that you close early.
