Fabian truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I noticed a puddle under my car after my oil change, called the shop and was transferred to customer care. Fabian personally came out to check and made sure everything was handled correctly. I only go to this specific Valvoline for my oil changes/services, and this kind of care is exactly why! Thank you!

I always get great service! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There usually isn’t any wait since they have two Valvolines right across from each other on Plainfield.

This is what a $99 oil change looks like? I guess i didnt need thise valve stem caps on either of my right side tires. Try to take pride in your work. Guess I'll check that dipstick to make sure it has oil.

Friendly "kids" professional and fast service. They offered options and didn't argue when I declined services. The way they conducted themselves you could tell they had been trained very well also. Thank you! My only negative was prices aren't posted ?
