I dropped my phone and broke the screen for good so I stopped in to the Michigan drive Verizon store because it's by my house and I needed a phone. The staff was courteous and understanding and very professional.
I got an amazing deal on the Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra which is a gigantic upgrade over my old phone that's an S21 ultra. I also got a Samsung watch as part of the deal. Highly recommend Verizon for a great deal.
