i came in 20 minutes before closing with a question about transferring service from one phone to another. i was just hoping to find out what my options were, not even expecting to do anything else, but brandon the account specialist was incredibly helpful and got the new phone set up in no time. very much appreciated!

Went in and signed up for a family plan of 3 lines. Brandon was helping us today and he was great! Answered all of our questions and concerns. Was super patient and helpful the whole time.

This store is usually less busy so service is fast. Twice now I’ve walked in and received immediate service. Brandon was very helpful. He helped me upgrade and spend less on my monthly bill at the same time. He was very knowledgable. I highly recommend this Verizon location.

My time here lasted about an hour and a half trying to get my new phone setup. At first I was the only one there but by the time I left there was about 6, with only one employee working. Sara was the employee and she was as professional as anyone could ask for! She didn’t get overwhelmed and she helped everyone as much as she could for being the only one there. She was amazing and did a great job helping me get my phone setup!!

The worst phone company and people. They are so rude and do not want to help you. They will lock you into phones and plans that you won’t be able to get out of until you want to pay $2000. Go to another phone company this place is going downhill

Went here a couple of weeks ago to get a charger and bill it, to my next bill but they don't do that so I had to go to the other store 3 miles away.

Ronjiv was extremely helpful and pleasant. Took time to talk to myself and my girlfriend for an extended period of time while we were waiting for the phones to transfer to eachother. Also helped other customers while waiting, which is impressive! Thank you!

Frosted tip fairy wanna be pretty boy, said for my i phone 12 plus i couldn’t get a screen protector just liquid glass failed after 3 weeks and the phone barely works anymore. Doesn’t register where your finger taps. Lack of knowledge and talk out their a**. Plus when switched to a new phone canceled my other phone line not the one i wanted to switch. Inadequate to do “its” job

Any time that I go to this Verizon Store, I am very pleased. They have always helped me, and my roommate, with questions and with service. Today when I visited the store, Daniel was very kind and considerate. He helped me with my phone that was giving me problems. He got it working. I am very satisfied with the customer service at Wireless Zone. I would pick them over any corporate store, which are usually rude and deceitful. Wireless Zone will always have my business.

Both customer representatives I dealt with were very professional and extremely helpful. They helped me get the best promotion available for my account and were very informative about insurance coverage and how long I may want to keep this on based on what I owed on the phone. I will say they are quite busy and slightly under staffed and so you may have to wait a while either on the phone or in person.. but they’re very customer service forward and really knowledgeable.

First they put me on hold for for 15 minutes before I had to hang up and then call the back when I got a little time. I was able to squeeze in a quick question before they tried putting me on to hold again. Apparently she was just trying to get me off the phone because when I get to the location what she said was actually completely wrong and they are not a corporate location so they can't help me out. Zoomed out of work and over there making it just in time to be told I have to drive another 15 minutes away and hopefully they can help me out. On the way to the next location I actually activated a new line under Google fi over the internet. I'm excited for their free international and I'm probably going to cancel my Verizon eventually here since they are nothing but a headache.
