Now I have 8 line and internet Business account for such a low cost after all savings.

Shelby at the Northland Drive Verizon store always does an OUTSTANDING job! He's very customer-oriented and super helpful, plus he has a great personality! He always knows how to answer my questions and has great skills and know-how when it comes to helping me with my phone. Three cheers for Shelby!!

I had a problem with my phone today. I was taking care of updates and somehow another app was added to my phone. It changed the whole layout of my phone. I did not like it and I was unable to put my phone back to the layout I was used to. I stopped in to your Verizon store and talked to Shelby. He took a look at it and fixed the problem within one minute for me. Amazing!!! I was very very satisfied with the friendly prompt help. Thanks again Shelby.

John was amazing. Worked on my friend and I’s problems simultaneously and restored our faith in customer service people. Worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t try to “up sell” me as I wasn’t ready to pull the plug. When I am I will definitely go in and ask for him. If we could give 6 starts we would!
