Shelby is awesome! super knowledgeable and doesn’t make you feel pressured about anything. Takes the time to explain your plan and phone choices to which would be best suitable for you would highly recommend him for any of your needs!

Excellent customer service and great knowledge to help us! We had two visits in one day. Shelby not only had great service - he made us feel welcome and offered product knowledge and support. We ran in to a small issue later in the day and we were back for more help from Shelby! Thank you for your care and support - we will be back

I could not recommend this store more! Alex was wonderful to work with and helped me with everything I needed from start to finish. I just ordered the new iPhone 15 and Alex called me as soon as it showed up. I only had a short amount of time over my lunch break to set the new phone up so Alex and Kristin jumped on board to help me get everything taken care of. This store is the best option for any of your Verizon needs. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, and you can actually get an appointment there in a timely manner unlike any of the other Verizon stores nearby. Thank you Alex and Kristin for all of your hard work, keep it up!

The representative that worked with my mom, Alex, completely lied to her about the charges getting her phone set up. When she asked if there were any additional charges to getting her phone in store with them versus ordering online from Verizon’s corporate website, Alex told her its the same $35 fee either way, yet the store charged her a $30 fee in store, and we were still charged another $35 activation through corporate. On top of that, they charged a completely bogus additional $20 for “redux water protection” which they never told her was billed separately and she had the option to turn down. I feel like they robbed us for $50, and the manager, Shelby, has been completely useless in resolving this matter, so I’m leaving this review, so others will know what they are getting into. Just order your phones online; don’t trust this store.

Had the greatest experience today at Verizon and took unbelievable care of me, unbelievably respectful and considerate, very well people skills and always kept thing moving along smoothly. He was unbelievable and helped and answered all my questions and had a good laugh, definitely some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Glad to be with Verizon

I’ve been a TMobile customer for a while, and I decided to merge on my husband’s Verizon account. He also decided on a much needed upgrade on his phone. John helped us change everything over and managed to make it as easy as possible for us by handling the data, activating everything, and making sure everything was as seamless as possible. We also decided to upgrade my phone and IPad, and he made sure we were getting the best deal that we could. In all, John was a great guy, an amazing resource, the store was not too busy, and in general, a surprisingly positive experience!

Kristin Mills and John Kowerduck were truly amazing. They went above and beyond to help me, even staying late to help solve the issues. I couldn’t recommend these two more and if I ever need to go back, I will wait until either of them are there. This was a much better experience than going to the Verizon on Alpine.
