Chad and Jeriko were great. Jeriko saved us almost $40 on our monthly bill by reviewing our current family plan and that wasn’t even why we went in. Jeriko also sports a great stash. Said he works there 5 days a week. Best Verizon experience I’ve had.

Beware when trading in an old device. I have this store my old device to get a promo on a new one. Verizon claims they never received the device and I had my promo charged back to me. The store claims they sent the phone back, but Verizon claims they never got it. Meanwhile, I’m stuck with the extra payments. Something shady is going on here.

Awesome experience. Maddy was the only one working and she was handling it without a problem even with multiple customers in there. Highly recommend!

I arrived there to get help with my phone. It said they were open on Google Maps. The door was locked. A lady came to the door and said that they're only helping VIP customers. Could not get the issues with my device addressed properly.

Gentlemen wouldn’t let me try on a case because it’d be too much work if I didn’t like it/buy it.(not my words, his) wouldn’t recommend.

We went to purchase new phones, we were greeted within 1 min by Quin, he explained and answered questions we had about a few different models. The purchase was made and the data transfer was seamless. It makes a difference as to the time of day you go. We went at 11:30 on Monday.

They guaranteed a screen protector, saying it was the best one they have. After paying almost $70 for it. It was destroyed in less than a month. Scratched to the point my screen looks blurry. They laughed at me when I complained about it. And said it's not there problem anymore.

This place was great, had an issue activating my phone and they stuck with me all the way to the end and went above and beyond for me. The best place I've been to for phone service.

I've visited this store twice for assistance with their products and walked away disappointed with their lack of knowledge. I will not return.

Walked in & was completely ignored. Not a single one of the 3 people working acknowledged that I needed assistance they just kept at what they were doing. Offered zero “well be right with you” or words of any kind for that fact. Absolutely done with Verizon after the online customer service and the in person is even worst
