Very frustrating experience. I called on a Saturday asking if they could fill a prescription. They said theyd have it ready the next morning after 8am. I call the next morning they then tell me it'll be ready later in the day. Then after a while I get an email saying it was out of stock. Ugh.

Every single time I receive an email stating my script is ready for pick up coincidentally there's nothing ready under my name once I drive to the store. They are incredibly rude and adamant even though I show them my email from Walgreen.

Had our script ready quickly and the tech was friendly and helpful. No complaints from me. We usually go to CVS but Walgreens is open 24 hours and we needed the meds asap.

Beyond grateful for the manager there who walked me out to my car after a man 50 years older than me made inappropriate comments about me inside the store at 2am. I was visibly (and audibly...) so frustrated with him. She really went all the way to make sure I felt comfortable leaving. The kindness is unparalleled, I will never forget how truly cared for I felt in that moment. This was so much more than "customer satisfaction"; this was women watching out for women. It means so much, thank you so much.

Really disappointing how behind this location always is. I understand being busy, but there is a point at witch that isn’t an acceptable excuse anymore. Steer clear if you need medication in any time frame, especially for post-surgery medications.

My brother went to pick up his eye drops today , after getting a call the script was delayed , He went over anyway and they had the meds , he asked how much it would cost and they told him twice , 200.00 dollars ! He was very upset and by the way , has a heart monitor ! He asked again and they laughed and said , No it’s free ! This has to be the most unprofessional pharmacy and should fire the pharmacist !

Walgreens on Plainfield has horrible pharmacy service. My husband had pink eye really bad so we went to the pharmacy drive thru 4 times. Every time they Told us it would be ready in a hour. Then each time they never filled the proscription. Waiting all day for them to play games and be extremely rude to us.

Meijer didnt have meds to fill my rx so threy callled Walgreens and they had it done before i even left meijer. Micheal was super friendly and helpful

Shout out to Brian the manager at the Plainfield Walgreens!!!! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond for us. I was in a pinch! The party store down the road was out of helium and I stopped to see if they could blow balloons up. I don't think it's a norm for them but he was willing to do it for me. I am beyond thankful for his service! Thanks Brian!

I will never go there again! This isn't my usual Walgreens, but we were on that side of town, so I ran in to pick up an item. Nobody was at all helpful, and I ended up walking out.
