Horrible customer service. I was just calling to check if a medication for my toddler was in stock. The pharmacy I go to across the street had it on back order. I was hung up on twice when they switched me to the pharmacy, waiting in line each time. Then I asked to speak to a manager hoping to get a quick answer and was left on hold for over 30 minutes before they hung up. I called a 4th time and got the same results. In my opinion I don’t think I’ll ever try Walgreens again.

Pharmacy has been just a terrible experience almost every time. Was told my meds were in stock one day, get my script sent over and now it's not in stock. They never give any sort of feedback on what's going on with stuff and the phone system is shit. Meijer will blow up my phone when I have something ready or they call when there is an issue with a prescription. Not these guys.
This is a review of Walgreens as a whole and Not necessarily this specific location.

After Rite Aid and the Walgreens on division and 28th st closed this location is a hot mess. Consistently waiting in line 30+ mins anytime after 3 pm. I hope they hire more staff to alleviate this influx. And ASAP

If I could give THIS store negative stars I would. ONE of the females that works in the pharmacy is one of the most miserable people I've ever com3 in contact with. Her customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! So horrible that I complain3d yo the store manager. She was the INLY person who was polite, caring and understanding of the situation. I have pulled my entire profile out of Walgreens after 40 years of doing business with them and I will NEVER AGAIN do any kind of business with them again. The store located on Main St. In Adrian, Mi. Was just as horrible. It's a shame that Walgreens has sunk to an all new low! DO BETTER WALGREENS! Your employees are in desperate need of customer service training!

The Employee grabbed the wrong photos even though I spelled my name. Then as I was leaving I noticed the name was wrong. I've been standing here for 30 mins already and they are refusing ro give me a refund.
