Pharmacy service terrible. Even the drive thru takes forever 3 cars 48 minutes. They need employees that move and aren't entitled liberal brats!

This Walgreens is okay by location but they never have a lot of my medication like asthma sprays. The pharmacy sometimes is really packed and they generally don't have my meds either. I switched to a different pharmacy because several times they haven't had my meds... I guess it wouldn't matter but I am a cancer patient. It's conveniently located but not in the greatest area. They keep it really clean and it's a nice store but they need to keep a lot of their meds in stock.

Walgreens knows what they're doing. They're highly educated professionals. The problem is pharmaceutical companies with their friends. The insurance people. Hire uneducated professionals. Which raised the prices really high. Now we all know that's not true they're just thieves. My copay was $280 absolutely ridiculous. And yes I have insurance.

I overheard the employees at the pharmacy talking negatively about me (yes, they called me by name) when they thought I wasn’t there. I’m just trying to get the medicine I need and have always been kind and patient. I’ve come here for years but don’t think I’ll be coming back. Hurt and disappointed.

Terrible. Talk about a train wreck of a place to visit. God forbid you want a vaccine and they have a line. I checked in online and then was told “we don’t do that”…. So then why would you have a sign up offering the online check in? Just an extremely inefficient place and there bald Caucasian pharmacist sounds like the worst person in the world to work with. Horrible

Prescription sent in 24 hours before and i watched the assistant send it in on the computer and 24 hours later they said the just got it and its not ready then im standing inline and none of the employees have not once ounce of motivation

Pharmacy needs help. Not friendly. Slow. Don’t know what they are doing. No management. Just moved from Wyoming. The store on Burlingame was great! They said this was a good store. Not seeing it. Line out the door. So far 3 out of 4 girls aloof.
Omg! I just left. Almost to my car. They forgot my other prescription really!! Now back in line. Same un- friendly people.

I showed up for an appointment for a Covid shot that I had scheduled three days prior. After having me fill out the paperwork and wait, I was told that I was going to have to go to CVS because “they had no way of billing it“. I am not sure why I was able to, keep this appointment scheduled if that was going to be a problem without ever being notified. Thank you for wasting my time.
