The lady at the window needs to be nicer kinder and do her job correctly without being rude her actions speak louder than words. When I asked for my points she said too late I told her no it's not and I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for another lady to come over and give me my points they did not say a word when they handed me the prescriptions.

Visited on a weekend around noon to get passport photos taken for three people. The website advertises that it will be a quick and easy process but the person who helped us seemed inconvenienced by my request. She took one photo of us each, did not offer to have us look and check if we liked them, and then said it would be a minute. Almost ONE HOUR later, the photos were ready and I paid the $51 for the worst photos ever taken. My daughter's head was tilted ( didn't notice as I was standing near her) so hopefully they will accept it. I'm going to get the passports tomorrow. 🤞🏻
Overall, the customer service is definitely lacking here. I don't enjoy being treated like I'm doing something wrong.

The manager Steve was very rude. He made a phone call out on the floor, and then proceeded to interrupt the employee who was assisting me to tell her about side work sheets that he brought from his old store. It was obviously new information for the employee who was literally still cashing me out. Very rude to her and to myself. Doesn't seem like a good manager. Will not be back.

It's kinda nice here. The cashiers for shopping don't stand out that much to me but the pharmacy workers are angels! Very kind. They're good at their jobs. One of them flirts with me, she's very sweet (and pretty!) Very helpful when I need a refill but my doctor is being annoying, they genuinely care. Dive thru can take awhile though.

I had a package shipped here for pickup. Stopped 12/11 at 245pm to pickup and the person working the counter for pickups had his finger so far up his nose he could have been scratching his brain. He did not wash or sanitize his hands, continued to rub his nose, grabbed my ID, then touched all over my box, and handed my ID back to me. All with the finger he was gold-digging with. Speak to your employees about basic hygiene! I work customer service and this does not fly in my store! Nasty.

Entire pharmacy staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment for me and my boyfriend to get a rapid COVID test at 8:30 am and 8:40 am and didn’t get seen until 9:00 am. When paying for the tests, the pharmacy tech told us an incorrect phone number for our accounts. She proceeded to have us sign, providing us with the last 4 INCORRECT numbers in this random phone number to check out. We were never asked if we were symptomatic (we are not) but were made to put masks on. Pharmacist asked if I had “labs” the second I sat down for the COVID test to which I was very confused but she did not elaborate. I said no, and she said she would need to have “labs” in order to continue with my treatment. To top the experience off, the MANAGER behind the pharmacy counter coughed 2-3 times without covering her mouth at all. Atrocious experience.

This is one of the most unprofessional stores that I've been to. Every time I order online, there's always an issue with this store preparing my order. I shouldn't have problems almost every time I order.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions, was told they were in progress, but it would take at least an hour to get the last one typed up because their were 24 ahead to be typed in the que....I let them know I would be waiting, could it be done any sooner?? The tech said if coming inside they could try for 20 min...I said I didn't want to come in the store because I'm sick and she told me then it will be an hour. She can't pull mine in front even though I was going to be waiting. I just find it a bit ridiculous, I understand being busy....I used to work retail pharmacy....for Walgreens....but when a PT is waiting you put their script in front of those coming back later. I understand it not getting done immediately, I was willing to wait 20-30 minutes....but an hour??? Come on people, do better!! If they actually moved with some kind of urgency, maybe sick people wouldn't have to wait so long for their prescriptions to be filled. But when you move at a snails pace....which is what they tend to move in these days....and they're are no consequences for being rude and/or slow anymore unfortunately we wait.
Update: I waited the hour, checked the status of my prescriptions in the app, and one of them still shows delayed....I called to see what the delay was and they no longer dispense that medication....now the technician AND the pharmacist looked at the scrip an hour ago, neither one told me it's no longer available....so now I have to contact my Dr, have them call in something different and wait yet again because of the pharmacies negligence...had they told me an hour ago, I could have contacted my Drs office then and maybe gotten it taken care of sooner. Unbelievable!!
2nd update: They received the new script from the Drs office and like I thought, I have to wait yet again.... only this time it's just 30 minutes.... we'll see how long it really takes!!
It wasn't ready after 30 minutes....I had to wait in line at the drive thru for them to finish it up....Thank you Leah (technician) for pulling it and putting it in front of the pharmacist (Kirsten--who is the one at 10am didn't tell me the original rx wasn't fillable) and getting it ready for me.

I hate leaving 1 star reviews. I’m 100% disabled veteran and am covered for prescription medications. I have a brand new ID from the VA. Shania, one of the staff members in the pharmacy, told me the VA’s Department Of Defense number was WRONG. And the ID from the VA IS WRONG. That blows my mind how a major chain pharmacy is unable to figure out how to work with the VA(the worlds largest distributor of prescription medication). If you’re a VETERAN and are counting on your medication being at no charge send it to a different pharmacy and save yourself the time. Unforgivable.

Ashley Grice the stores pharmacy manager deliberately refused to fill a medication prescribed by my physician and I ended up in the emergency department. For the past four months I’ve been taking an injection and each month it’s delayed by Walgreens for several days. I attempted to refill this medication prior to 5/24/23 and I was told it had to be ordered. After trying to speak to this rude and unprofessional manager to resolve this issue, she became irrationally frustrated with me, and she cancelled my partially filled order. I never received the medication. My prescribers RN contacted Ashley and was told that she would not fill my medication. My prescription was transferred to another pharmacy and they have to order the medication. Even though Walgreens has the medication in stock currently and they have already charged me for the partial fill. I was told the medication was restocked due to me not picking up the medication in twelve days. Ashley was being very untruthful about the date the remaining partial fill was received by the pharmacy. Her coworker Nikki was exactly the same when attempting to speak with another worker. Clearly, I am not the only person that has a negative experience with this location. I will be making further complaints and seeking legal advice regarding the refusal of pharmacist refusing me service for a verbal attack from the staff towards a customer. I missed 10 hrs of work all because this lady.

Walgreens is participating in the incredibly dangerous business of dispensing the abortion pill. This means little to no medical oversight and a 4 times higher risk of dangerous complications versus a surgical abortion. Walgreens is putting profit over people. Meijer and Family Fare aren't dispensing the abortion pill, give them your business instead.

I adore staff (they’re kind and personable which this the reason for the extra star) but for the life of me every time I order photos from here they can’t find them and I end up waiting for 20+ minutes while multiple staff search high and low for them. Ordering photos is a great and easy feature but maybe try picking up from another location.
