I've used this pharmacy for prescriptions twice now, first time they didn't have my prescription ready when they said they did but were apologetic about it and second time it was the same thing although I overheard the pharmacy tech and pharmacist speaking about how my prescription shouldn't be available or sold by them all while being talked to as if my prescription was illegitimate. Extremely unprofessional.

By far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Between them never having my insulin ready for pick up even though I get notified that it's ready. To the rude and inconsiderate techs/pharmist behind the counter. And the pharmacy not obeying the insulin affordability ACT and charging way more than what is supposed to be charged for it. The store itself updront is great and give them a 5 but the pharmacy, a zero. I also see I'm not the only one with same issues with this pharmacy. With that said, I left a survey your you as well as it's too long to write it all as so many problems occur here with your pharmacy. First off, always rude and doesn't let you finish talking. Transfers me before I'm done talking and also saying they billed the right insurance but didn't and you ask them to verify if and they realize then they made a mistake after repeatedly saying they didn't. #3 saying a prescription is ready when it's not. Several times in the past I had this issue and would wait in the store only to be there an hour or so and never hearing my name. I got back to pharmacy while in store and they lie and say they already called my name and it's gonna be more time. Then when I'm busy and have to wait another day to get my prescription , they send you notifications it's gonna be put back on shelves. Pharmacy staff is rude and glad I moved to CVS today. This is a serious issue you have here and Im obviously not the only one who has had similar issues. Need to treat people with kindness and respect and your pharmacy does not. No wonder why so many people are upset here.

Been going here for over 2 years now, i callled today to ask a question,got transfered to someone who had more knowledge. No big deal, but when they answered I got an attitude just for asking a question!?! No reason at all especially when I was polite as possible..

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They called to tell me my daughter’s script was ready and I drove 20 minutes one way because it’s the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. Get there only to be told the med center wrote the prescription wrong and they won’t be filling it. A simple phone call of communication would’ve been nice. So ridiculous. Avoid this place and save yourself a headache and the gas money.

Your typical Walgreens store. The place was semi, clean and tidy. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. I will continue going to this Walgreens because they are open. Twenty-four hours and picking up a prescription is super easy.

They had my Wife wait 3 hours for Motrin her face was the size of a softball and they had her on hold for 3 hours. This is ridiculous

Every time I refill my prescription they call me and tell me it’s ready and when I go there they tell me it’s never ready. It’s unhealthy to always be late on your medication. Birth control should not be that hard to get.

P.o.s. employees, waited 2 hours with my kids in the car, after being relased fro.the hospital. Tried picking up the meds 3 times in 2 hours, each time they didnt start them and told me a half hour or longer wait. After the third attempt i told them never mind and left, hospital visit again tomorrow it looks like just so my 3 year old can get the meds he needs. Thanks for the wate of time for nothing at all.
