This rating is for the PHARMACY only.I've been coming here for my medication needs since Nov 2023. There have been a couple times when my medication was not in stock, but the one was an uncommon dose (plus I only had to wait a day), and the other there is a national shortage of and they have no control over that. Any time they didn't have my medication in stock, they either found me a location that did (without me even asking), or I got it the very next day ??Moving onto the staff, I believe Jordan is the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist or something, but he is awesome. He is constantly looking out for me, he has empathy for what happens when I'm unable to get my meds so he finds a way. They are all super helpful. I can't remember all of the names, but I know one has long black hair and smiles alot. I've read the bad reviews, but I've yet to see anything remotely like those experiences. Whatever type of incentives Walgreens has for positive reviews, the pharmacy staff should all receive one. ???????

The sign on the door and the Internet says they open at 8am on Saturday and Sunday, but when I walked in at 8:30 I was told they don't open until 10 on the weekends. The staff is always really nice and helpful I just don't know any other way to make other shoppers aware that Google and their store sign is incorrect. Thanks!

No cashier at front of store. Had to go find a store associate so they could get someone to ring me up.

Been my choice for a pharmacy for over 20+ years and always have incredible service. Celina specifically has helped me out on numerous occasions a literal life saver for real.

Done with this store and the rude workers there. Pharmacy has gone downhill in the last few months. It's pretty bad when your talking to them and the techs interrupt and repeat what's already being said. Also I didn't inquire like 4 times for my new script, I stopped yesterday to pick it up thinking it should be ready to be told it needed prior authorization. Fine and I asked some questions, excuse me for having severe adhd and being excited to hopefully get some relief from the out of control symptoms I have been having. But to say something like that is ridiculous and unprofessional. I called earlier to inform that my Dr. Got it approved so excuse the 2 times that I bugged you unprofessional people.

You need to update your hours because you don't close the pharmacy at ten. Especially not on Sunday. I don't understand howhard it is to update store hours.

Always closes early. Shelves never stocked. A customer literally threw up in the store two hours before closing and they just left it cause “they closed in 2 hours.” The store is always filthy. Always always have an issue using my credit card there, never have a problem anywhere else. Employees will let you stand at the register as they take their time doing nothing to come help.

Not worth the hassle. I would suggest finding another pharmacy if you are a new customer or have experienced bad customer service like I received today. I’m frustrated to the point where I will wait till tomorrow to pick up my much needed pain medication from a more reputable pharmacy.

Constantly closes early and somebody who has to walk 30 minutes home in the cold because I take the bus when I could of gotten off closer to my house, to get off work needing to do errands and I can't complete them because somebody is too selfish to keep the store open for the half hour they're supposed to. Ridiculous. No one to answer the phone to ask a simple question . I've had a really bad too and you guys are the icing on the cake thank you so much for nothing

Apparently when there's only one person working and the line is back to photo, when you walk behind the photo counter someone will magically appear to chastise you instead of offering to help find your photos. I understand everyone is short staffed, but a simple "Hello welcome to Walgreen's, we'll help you in a moment!" goes a long way to making sure somebody will wait instead of trying to get their own stuff. No pharmacist on staff today, so where are the pharmacy techs? Where is the second person? No one knows! I'll try 68th Street next time, see if the same thing happens.

Scheduled an appointment for Covid shots. After an hour and 20 minutes past our scheduled time, we asked how much longer, and they told us it would be another 45 minutes. They never bothered to give us any notice that they were running hours behind, knowing we had young children waiting.
