Described hours do not match what’s on their door and online. They called someone not on my car’s file to talk to them about my car. Massive safety issue.
Edit: Do not go to this garage. I did a follow-up call where no fault was admitted. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Brought my car in for brake repairs, asked them to also do an oil change, a month later my oil light came on and the stick looked dirty and low. Checked the oil filter and it’s Valvoline branded.

Service was great but I had my car come in for inspection and oil change. Oil change was good but the inspection was really disappointing. I took my car to get inspected because my suspension was making a weird noise so I decided to get a full inspection because why not? They quoted saying that my front brake pads were at 25% and my rear’s were at 5% and that they found nothing out of the ordinary with my suspension and that it was in good condition. In regard to the noise it made they claim that they had no clue what was the cause which I wasn’t so upset with hearing that. But when I was in process of changing my brake pads I noticed that my front brake pads looked barely used!!! So it gave me the impression that the “25%” brake life on my front brake pads was just a lie and made up so they can just get it over with. So later on I took it to a Subaru Dealership since I have a subi and they actually found the cause to the noise it made which was a wheel bearing. It’s very upsetting to have this happen because I spent money for the inspection just for them to just make up information.
Edit: Turns out it wasn’t the wheel bearing (Even though the Subaru Dealership recommended to get it replaced), it was a loose screw on the LF Control arm causing the noise! Thats crazy I cannot believe you guys couldn’t see that when “inspecting” my car! Your actions shows that you do not care about people’s safety.

They listen to you when you explain how your vehicle is running so they have more ideas of how to address the problems, and as a single older woman that says a lot about a company!!!

I’ve only ever had great experiences there! Whenever my car breaks down I take it to the Westside Garage and they fix it no problem. Everyone is so kind who works there. The prices are great too! I highly recommend!!
