Williams-Sonoma offers very high end merchandise that is extremely pricey, with some items worth every penny and others overpriced. Customer service experiences vary widely. Many report an enjoyable shopping experience with helpful staff who go above and beyond, described as the best in the retail industry. However, other customers encountered unhelpful staff with a snooty attitude, leading to an extremely offended feeling. Website inventory information can sometimes be wrong.
The customer service here is unbelievable. It's the best I have encountered in a long time. And I'm in customer service for a living. Terry and his staff are simply the best in the retail industry! I will buy again from here just because of the staff. The always go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!!

Staff was helpful getting the item I wanted. Unfortunately their website quantity was wrong and I had to switch to a different item. That's on me for last minute Christmas shopping.
