Many report an enjoyable shopping experience with helpful staff who go above and beyond, described as the best in the retail industry. However, other customers encountered unhelpful staff with a snooty attitude, leading to an extremely offended feeling. Website inventory information can sometimes be wrong.
The customer service here is unbelievable. It's the best I have encountered in a long time. And I'm in customer service for a living. Terry and his staff are simply the best in the retail industry! I will buy again from here just because of the staff. The always go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!!

It's a dreadful experience returning an item. Takes over 6 phone calls. Was extremely frustrating.

Ridiculously rude management and staff. Some staff are nice (younger people) and others are the most unaccommodating people on the planet. There is a manager that is particularly nasty to both staff and customers so it probably isn't the staffs fault. Order online and skip the headache.
