We dropped off my wife's wedding ring to be sized down a quarter size in April with some other rings also to be resized. All of the rings were to be returned by May 4th or three weeks. The other pieces were returned a few days early but we were told the wedding ring was not due until May 4th. The due date came and went with no communication. We called when the ring was a week late and were told it was just late they would check on it and call back. Another week goes by we again have to call them and are told it's just late they will check on it. After another week with nothing from them my wife calls and finally gets a manager that we have worked with for years and truly do appreciate. She finally tells my wife that the ring was broken by the jeweler that this ring purchased I believe in 2007 was worn out even though it was frequently checked, cleaned, etc. Gold and diamonds worn out?? Anyway that this 15 approximately year old ring was worn out. That the jeweler was repairing it but that it would take another two weeks. We did put the lifetime warranty on the ring so they would give us the original purchase price of the ring towards a new ring. I found this amusing as the price of both gold and diamonds has increased dramatically and to replace the ring with anything comparable would not be possible at original purchase price. I called and was told we will just give you a gift card and said no my wife wants her ring. After another week someone leaves a voicemail for my wife that there are diamonds that are lost that the jeweler was waiting for diamonds to come in, how are the diamonds lost? They were all in the ring when they received it and I have pictures from the drop off to prove it. So how in the repair process are the losing the diamonds anyway the ring was then supposed to be back by May 24th. Here we are May 28th no call no ring they do not get deliveries we were told on the weekend plus it is a holiday weekend so at the earliest if it came in we are looking at May 31st. Two months IF it comes in to have a ring resized. We feel like this is a scam as the gift card has been pushed so hard. We also had another diamond ring not purchased at Zales resized through Zales it came back on time but exactly on weeklater one of the small diamonds on the side fell out, we took it elsewhere to have it repaired. Update to this I the wife have since dropped off another ring for a repair this ring had FULL warranty there was a tiny diamond missing Zales decided it was too much to repair and that they would return the purchase price rather than repair the ring so much for the lifetime warranty. In the meantime a second ring was dropped off for the she issue also with. Full lifetime warranty and Zales detrmined that I should pay for the repair. I told them to give me back my ring I would pay ANY other jeweler but them. I have enough rings to cover all of my fingers 3 times over so I obviously don't wear all of them all of the time and I have an office job so I'm not hard on my jewelry but somehow there is continually issues with my jewelry. I have my jewelry cleaned and checked. I am done with zales.

My fiancé and I received exceptional customer service from our sales representative Kayla. We ran into issues during our transaction and Kayla demonstrated the utmost patience and professionalism that we could expect from a sales representative. She informed us about the sale percentage offered, the 6 month check point on our purchases and about the warranty. It was a long process but she made it a very pleasant process. We were very pleased with our purchases and the service that we received.

My fiancee gave me this ring on 1-1-2024. As the ball was dropping on our TV at home. He was on his knee and asked. Of course,I said"Yes!" We're engaged to be married. Love you John LeRoy Emanuel Jr!!!!!

Jerri (the store manager) was able to resolve a problem with my wife’s engagement ring. She handled the problem very professional and showed my wife and I excellent service.I appreciate the swift resolution. I have been shopping at this store since I got married 6 years ago.I also would like to thank a new employee by the name of Adeline. Although new to the role, she showed provided top customer service and help us as best as she could.

I wanted to express some words as I witnessed a sales consultant being verbally assaulted by an unruly woman! Tiffany kept her cool remained professional and kept her crown sitting upright throughout what was a horrible guest interaction! No fault to Tiffany but I truly felt sad she had to deal with such abuse! What I can say is she handled the woman with such grace considering and then proceeded to deliver amazing customer service to all who came after! She had to send my ring off to be repaired and it was spot on for repair timeframe! The repair was flawless and I fell back in love with my engagement ring all over again!I hope those flowers started off your day with a smile ! You deserve it! Thank you Tiffany and Zales continue shining bright!

I've done a lot of business with Zales over the years. From purchases to repairs and cleaning. My wife and I recently went on July 28th to pick up my ring and to send her's off. Everytime we come in, Tiffany, Jerri, and Chelsea are always on top of things with great and friendly service. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. They also make us almost feel like family. It's definitely a good place to go shop.

Jeri was amazing! She happily helped my wife and I try on a surplus of rings and wedding bands, she also found the wedding band that I fell in love with. We both went around to a few other stores just to be 100% sure and she held our rings, I know we are both really young and with me being military I’m not home for long but she didn’t push anything on us she made sure it’s 100% what we wanted and that we knew everything with the rings. I would definitely recommend her if you visit.

I accidentally damaged my wedding ring at work. I was able to drop it off on the way home for repair. It got sent out and then came back a whole five days early. I am so happy to have it back! Everyone was so helpful.
