I just want to say the young lady managing the fitting rooms at the Rivertown Crossing Mall today is a Rockstar! She was prompt, kind, friendly and courteous. I never saw her stop moving, she was very efficient. She even picked out an outfit for my daughter to try, just because she thought it would look good. :)

Wow did they have some of the best holiday prices I seen at the mall! $11.99 sweatpants and hoodies, 60%-70% off alot of sweatpants and sweatshirts, jeans @40% off, the clothes are all so cute I wish I could buy them all! Great store!! Will be back!

Worst and i mean worst online ordering experience. I placed an order Nov 26th and my tracking has changed from delivery on the 15th, to 22nd to 27th who knows if it will change again and then i wont have my Christmas presents for my family in time. When i tried canceling they wouldn't let me even though this purchase has no use to me at this point. this will be over a month before it is delivered. Very unsatisfied and upset will never buy again from here and will never recommend.

Everyone in the store was so helpful. I had a online return and the manager and an associate helped my children find the correct sizes and was able to price match in store with online. They were all so friendly and my experience was 10x better than what I received from customer service.I received help from Amy, Catherine and Nicole. I wish it was a survey online.
