The staff knew exactly what battery to replace on my zero turn mower. As a landscaper, they will be getting my business in the future. Friendly staff that didn’t make me feel dumb.

The manager Joe hung up on me in the middle of a call and kept talking over me. I returned a battery. Somehow, they could take the money off my LMCU card to let me purchase it, but couldnt refund it back on the card. They didnt mention a cash refund at the time, they said i could only receive it by check. They said it should arrive in 5-7 business days. It did not arrive. I found out he never sent the check when he left a voicemail a week and a half later saying he now has enough money in the drawer to issue a cash refund and i can come in that day, wasnt going to happen, i work thirds and did not hear it till later that night when they were closed, and i shouldn't have to wait around for them to have enough money in the drawer anyway. And what happened to the check? He was supposed to send out a check the day i returned it and said if he doesnt hear from me that day he wont be giving cash back. So he completely forgot to send me my money. Its been almost a month now and has the nerve to talk over me and then hang up on me. Poor customer service, poor store policy. Its not my fault you cant issue a refund on a LMCU card, and honestly if you have to short the drawer to make it right you should be able to. The customer shouldnt have to take the loss. And i shouldnt have to deal with disrespect when i patiently waited for a check that did not arrive or get sent out when it was supposed to. I will be talking to a higher up about him. Employee John (Jon?) is a nice guy, he helped me trouble shoot my battery and charger, manager joe needs to take some tips from him on customer service.Joe kept arguing that the drawer has to have a certain amount in it to issue a cash refund, thats fine, its company policy he cant change it, what i was arguing (but couldnt get it out because he kept talking over me about the drawer over and over and then hung up on me) was he should of told me he didnt send out the check, he told me he did the day i returned it, but he lied. So i waited around for a check for almost a month for no reason, and because of bad customer service. I went to a different Batteries+ store and got my cash refund where they can handle basic customer service.

I visit the the Wyoming, Michigan store today at 901Gezon Parkway SW. I was given amazing customer service by Joe Clark, manager. Joe was able to fix my much-needed work cell phone that had crashed. Other companies had recommended unnecessary, unneeded costly repairs that would not have fixed my phone. Joe Clark definitely knows his trade. Thanks so much, Joe! Everyone at the store was very friendly, helpful, store was well stocked, had just what I needed. Repair was done very efficiently. So glad I stopped in!

This store is a joke. I purchased a battery that needed to be filled and charged before i could use it. they told me it would be done the next day, here i am a week later with no battery trying to just simply get refunded. Rude staff!!

Stopped in for a watch battery and see if it could be put in. STELLAR customer service, and never having been in the store before I was VERY impressed. Even asked me if it was my first time, and showed me where everything was in the store and how they had everything that I needed. Can't say enough good things about my first experience there. I will definitely be back! A+

After making an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a new phone battery and being told they had ordered and it would be there went into the store to find out they didn't have it had to reschedule appointment then got to the store they said they didn't have it again .then the guy came out from the back who looked like he was sleeping and they ended up finding it. Bad service though the employees seemed like we were more of an annoyance than customers. Won't be going back there.

Made 2 different appointments & was assured my phones battery was available & reserved. Each time was a wasted trip. They did not have the battery promised to be in stock.

Stopped by Batteries Plus for help with my iPhone. Tyler fixed my phone and saved me a bigger expense. I highly recommend this store and Tyler for batteries and cell phone repair.

Pretty obvious what they sell. Read the name. But in all great services. The guy who was helping me showed me how to check if my car key fob thingamabob was dying which is why I was there initially and at the counter grabbed some double a batteries which were on sale for like 16$.

Update: The manager Taylor personally contacted me and is trying to resolve the problem. Very much appreciate them reaching out and explaining that the iPhone screen is not from apple but a 3rd party.Very disappointed !!Went in to get my iphone 12 screen fixed and since then my phone gets blurry in some spots, My coloring/hue is off. I went in the next day to show the young guy who fixed it and said thats normal. He also put a screen protector on that I purchased and left a large air bubble. (Which he had mentioned he accidentally did while placing it) then He couldn’t replace it because he said he did not have any left…. Very upset! I would have been better off keeping my very minor scratch on my phone.

I came in on a holiday weekend to get a broken front display on my Galaxy s10 repaired. Corbin was fantastic, he explained to me what needed to be done, how long and let me know the cost right away. It took less than 2 hours for the repair. The screen looks fantastic.Thank-you Corbin

I stopped in to ask questions about key fobs as well as fixing a cell phone. The gentleman was very helpful, even though we didn’t make a purchase that day. He explained many things to us so we could make a very informed decision. I highly recommend this business—they truly care about their customers!

Grateful they took back all our old batteries. There is a small charge for hazmat and shipping old batteries to be recycled. It's difficult to find a place that takes back old batteries. They also replaced my Timex watch battery. Appreciated the courtesy and help I received.
