“The absolute best place to take your bike! In June, my purple bike had a flat tire due to a nail, then a week later the rear axel broke. They fixed everything right on the spot and were so incredibly helpful. About three weeks ago, I was riding it and it felt funny. There was a large crack on the frame. I took it into the shop and they said it was unfixable, but there were options. I was devastated. However, they told me that the bike was under warranty and contacted the manufacturer. They no longer made the same bike, but was willing to replace the bike. That would take a few weeks to receive the new bike. In the meantime, I borrowed a bike from my parent’s to ride. During that time, I had not only one, but two flats in the span of 24 hours! Thankfully those are fixable and they fixed them right away! Tonight, I took my first ride on my new bike and it was glorious! I am so grateful for Village Bike!”
