Very BAD customer service. There were 2 ladies in store who were impolite, arrogant and disrespectful! Staff’s bad behavior, made us leave the shop immediately in spite of the lovely collection. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE. Avoid this location if possible!

Horrible customer service. Workers have lousy attitudes. They close the store whenever they want. So a person drives 20 mins to find theyre closed 3 hours early. ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS. Why doesnt the owner just close the doors if theyre not going to do anything about this.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Will not be shopping there again. If you need to buy something don't because they will not price match online price. On top of that, rude and unprofessional customer service attitude. No greetings whatsoever.

As a regular shopper at Target and a Carters store open next to it was a plus. I recently move across town. Was on that side of town decided to pop in the store. I have received a txt reminder that there was an extra 40% of clearance. When walk in the store I ask the assistant manger Brandie In regarding the prome very rude response no was done yesterday. Still decided to shop and as i was checking out the promo was being honor by their computer system. And Brandie still had the nervous to say its probably a mistake and I grab a few more items and the promo was still being apply. And as I was a regular shopper I ask the other employee that was cashing me out. I ask her I dont recognize her she must be new and Brandi reply no and the other employee said yea she some what new been here for 4 months which obviously she was a new employee. Hope management takes this serious and coaches her on her poor customer service skills

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. A majority of the staff always seems like they are in a bad mood or don’t care to be there. Recently I stopped in because I received an online order that took 3 weeks to ship to me and had to exchange something. No one greeted us. My son was following the dots on the floor that lead to the hop scotch board. There is a section of the dot path that leads right into one of the bars from a clothing rack. My 4 year old is not going to be able to think ahead and see that. He was looking down at the dots having fun and ran right into the bar, of course he’s crying very hard. Not one staff member said a single word. A simple “is he ok?” would have been nice. One staff member was straightening clothes 10 feet away while the other was doing something on their phone behind the counter. Now he has a nice size scrape on his cheek. I suggest in the future you change the layout of the racks or remove the dots on the floor that are intended to keep kids entertained so the path of them isn’t directly into a rack. Ironic that this is a clothing store for babies, toddlers, and kids but this store is so small you can’t use a stroller and be able to get in between the racks of clothes. Not sure how I’m supposed to hold a baby and search racks of clothing at the same time.

They offer curbside pickup, but do not actually bring your items out to your car. After 20 minutes of waiting I went in. When asked if they were receiving notifications for their curbside pickup orders (there was another person also waiting), we were rudely told that they were not going to “wander around the parking lot”. I was parked directly in front of their store and only four spots back from the front. They clearly never had any intention of coming out to try to deliver the order. I understand that it was busy and it can be difficult to find where people parked, but they cannot just ignore people trying to use a service they offer. Maybe have designated parking spots for curbside orders? And if they are not able to bring the orders out they should text back/call to make people aware instead of leaving them waiting. I didn’t appreciate feeling like I was inconveniencing them when I had to lug in a sleeping baby after trying to take advantage of a service they offer.

I placed an order online and have tried several times to pick it up in store. I work full time M-F 8-5 and tried all week to get to carters after work. Their posted hours online say they are open until 8 but I've tried going there at 6:30 and 7 pm to the lights all being off and no one there. I've tried calling before I come in because I live about 35 minutes from the store and it rings twice and it seems like someone picks up but doesn't say anything. I'm just getting really frustrated because I need those clothes for our family events this weekend!! Says they open at 10 online this morning, I sure hope that's true because I'm getting ready to try AGAIN to pick up my items.

Called the Grandville location at 6:56pm and said we'd be arriving right at 7:00 which is when they closed and that we'd like to pick up an order that was already paid for. They said "sorry, my manager said we have to close the doors right at 7. Absolutely no heart at all in people anymore. Customer service LOST in this retail location. Super disappointed!

I'm a new mom. I planned my day with my new baby around this trip to Carter's. Who closes an entire store down at 3pm on a Wednesday?? Completely unacceptable. I'm definitely not wasting my time at this location again. Rude
