Chase keeps sending me garbage in the mail. I've never had an account with them and dont want a credit card. I have gone to this branch to try and get the letters to stop, I've called corporate to try and get the letters to stop, but they keep sending them, and I just throw away the mail because its garbage. This is my only recourse of action. If chase stops sending me garbage in the mail, then I will take down this review.

This branch is typically where I go to and the service here is always been a great experience. Josie is always professional, kind, and trustworthy and I highly recommend her.

Chase has been a great bank, until now. They have no help to customers who have been affected by fraud. There is no protection or aid. They cash fraudulent checks into accounts and then pull the money that you believe to be yours.I will no longer be banking with chase and I will be encouraging others to do the same.

There is NOT an ATM at this location even though there is a sign lit up for a drive thru ATM. I also tried to locate one inside, but the bank was locked since it was after hours. Very disappointed in Chase’s lack of customer service with no ATM machine.

I was greeted and my needs were serviced promptly and thoroughly. The Branch Manager, Kevin Sexton took the time to listen to my needs, explained all of my options and implemented the right solutions for me in one friendly visit. I have banked with Chase for years, but recently moved to Michigan, got married and got a new job. Aligning these variables with my accounts seemed daunting, but Kevin made this overwhelming task simple for me. This branch is managed by a well-informed, intelligent and customer-centric person. It is no wonder people think this location is "Top-Notch" when it comes to customer service!

So glad I left 5th 3rd Bank and came here. I enjoy working with these folks and have referred several others! Thanks! PS the comment about not letting a 2 year use the bathroom is unreasonable NO BANK has public restrooms for obvious security risks!

Transferred from Fifth Third after banking with them for a decade. It came time to switch banks as Fifth Third was sparsely available at certain locations. Chase, on the other hand, supports tap-to-pay terminals and works well with Samsung Pay. Their customer service at this location is top-notch. They even have a machine to deposit your pay stub, unlike Fifth Third.
