I usually go here since it’s 5 mins away from my house. There is an older lady (manager I think) that kept watching me as I shopped. I love deals so my first stop is clearance and today I was looking through all the lipsticks and she gave me a weird look as I was browsing. I was annoyed and over it so I brought my items to the front. This is the 3rd experience I’ve had with her and I always feel uncomfortable going into the store.

After moving to the Grandville area, I found this Cosmoprof just minutes from my new home. I am so thankful and look forward to my trips there. The women have great customer service and the shelves are always very well stocked. There was one day that I had taken my wallet out of my purse before going so I had to leave my order at the counter and run home. I was so embarrassed! I think her name was Julie that was very understanding and pleasant to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!
