They were so rude on the phone. They spoke so fast and just transferred me. First time calling and now I don’t want to do business with them. Some people just shouldn’t work on the phone.

Well sad to say that after todays experience I am Not happy with Costco (this location!). Tried to return an item that was not opened and bought yesterday and the lady (short blonde hair named Jess) said I couldn't return it because they can't reshelf it due to being a bakery item, that it was "trash for them". Frankly this is not the first time I have heard this particular person (Jess) was rude and not following Costco's return policy!! I have heard many others say the same thing! Listen I'm sorry you (Jess) don't want to allow an unopened item to be returned because you will have to trash it but that's not what your policy states! You (Jess) don't get to pick and choose what customers get to return, especially on unopened not expired items!!!!! DO BETTER WYOMING/GRANDVILLE COSTCO! Jess needs to have some professional training!

My wife and I stood around for almost half and hour trying to have a chance to schedule an appointment for an eye exam, but the person in the room was constantly on the phone, and even when they finally got off the phone they completely ignored us. I have heard great things about Costco optical, and we have had pretty decent experience purchasing frames when we had a prescription from a different eye doctor, but trying to get an eye exam from Costco was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Come on Costco, you can do MUCH better!

Went there last night did our usual shopping went to checkout gave wife my card like I have done many times came back from restroom to see her getting told by cashier she could not pay with our credit card because she wasn't on Costco card I was standing right there she refused so we left everything in cart gave them my card went to Sam's did the same thing no problem bye bye Costco

My in store experience has been good so far. We are new members. I called and spoke to a lady today and I was very kind to her yet she answered and gave all these excuses to put me on hold almost like she didn't want to deal with me. I patiently waited only for her to be rude and short with me on the phone. I continued to be calm and kind. I could tell she didn't want to look into my question about a picnic table. When I said thank you for your help she responded with yup bye and instantly hung up!! I've worked the whole pandemic and I understand but to be so rude to someone is not right!!

When I first walked in I had two things on my mind, cinnamon rolls, and churros so I first walked to the bakery section, no cinnamon rolls. So I went to the freezer area to see if they had cinnamon rolls over there, no Cinnamon rolls. So I called it a day to went to we're they sell there food. I pulled put some cash went to the cashier and asked for a churro. Apparently they don't take cash AND they weren't selling churros. And there ruffles sample only had 3 chips in it.

Just bought $56 a steak at Costco it was absolutely horrible. I will never buy steak there again. Tough couldn't even chew. This is a ribeye steak. Unbelievable!

Stopped in Costco to get some wine. It was our first stop, when we arrived in Grand Rapids. Found some very good bottles at decent prices. The store was clean and cashier friendly. The great thing about being a Costco member is knowing we can stop in these great stores, when we travel.

Rude staff. I will not be returning. Unfortunately I have a membership for a few more months, but no deserves to get treated the way I did,while also having to pay for a membership. I could probably get better guest service at Walmart

Worst eye exam ever. The lenses were dirty/foggy. The prescription they gave me was wrong and hard to see. I said that to them and they said that was what they came up with so I asked just to get the prescription that I had with my previous optical place. It was a waste of money and they don't work with any insurance. Will never go back.

I went to Costco Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving for their yummy pumpkin pies. The parking lot was busy with cars coming and going dodging shoppers with carts piled high with food and gifts. I was hoping they would still have pumpkin pies and was thinking I would be in line for a long time. Even though they were busy, I got right in made my purchase and was on my way in a short amount of time. And best of all, the pumpkin pie was a hit for Thanksgiving.

Let me start by saying I shop at Costco frequently and like the products and experience. I recently ordered a refrigerator from the Costco website. Of course it included "white glove" delivery. The gentlemen that delivered the frig damaged walls, wall trim and a wood floor. Ok, as long as they repair the damage, I'm still good. The delivery people tell me the delivery company will be in touch later that day to address the damage. The didn't call until many days later after I complained many times to Costco. Costco told me it was not there issue and it was between me and the delivery company. Remember, I paid Costco, not the delivery company. Costco did open a ticket to track the problem. The "Costco" person managing the damage ticket was also a third party contractor. The delivery company finally got in touch with a very unprofessional email. Required I fill out forms, send pictures and 2 quotes for the repair. That's work on my part while they do nothing. They finally did agree to reimburse for the quoted repair although 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a check. For a company I think so much of, and spend so much money with, a very disappointing experience. If you order a large item to be placed in your house from Costco, beware.

I live close to this Costco. Easy to get to and easy to find what you need. I feel that there isn't much to more to say. Costco's are pretty standard no matter where you go. Although some Costcos carry different items, but to check/call around before making that trip

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago to get an appointment for my son for contacts. We go in today and they lost our appointment that was scheduled for today and then say we need to wait 3 more weeks for another appointment. No thanks. We already have waited this long for this appointment. Plus I pulled my son out of school to go to an appointment for nothing. Also, they ask if I'm sure if I called the correct store like I don't know who I'm calling. No I did not call the other store. The guy called to make sure I really didn't call the other store for the appointment.

They were open, upfront and honest. I was disappointed that Costco was stingy with replacing my glasses prescription, wanted me to buy new frames because my old ones had to much of a bend ("broken" in thier opinion). The doctor is separate from Costco so I feel you need to reviews. They seemed great. I would go back. I like how upfront and honest they were.
