The woman with the blonde hair was quite passive aggressive toward me and my kids when we went to get our ice cream. She made no effort in the conversation I tried having with her and she just seemed like she wanted us to go away. No emotion or friendliness. And it wasn’t even busy.

Ice cream doesn't have much flavor. Pretty much any other ice cream place is better. Cookie dough was very crumbly and old tasting. I do NOT recommend DQ. They need an upgrade. Employees were great though.

Went to the DQ at Rivertown Crossing today & the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady was super rude & had a bad attitude, won’t be returning for this reason.
