Very disappointed with the customer service. I needed a new battery for my phone. Battery replacement was fine however a day later the protective frame broke. Not an issue as the phone was functional until I had an opportunity to return for a remedy. Two months passed before I had a chance to return but again the phone was functional so it was not a big concern. Problem was they really didn't care and blamed me for the broken frame. No offer to fix the problem but offered a "have a nice day" as I walked out the door. Such is customer service in today's world. As a former business owner I understand you bend over backwards to satisfy a customer....it's cheap advertising. They would have made up for my lost business ten times over had they made an effort to fix the problem.

Excellent experience. Took my iPhone 11 in for front screen replacement. Turnaround time was 1 hour and new screen looked great. Highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience here. I took my laptop here for a broken hinge. I knew it was more than just a simple repair of the hinge, and they confirmed that they would have to replace the entire back part of the laptop. The repair took a few days, no problem, but after I picked it up, I was suddenly getting two errors upon start up: something about a missing security tag, and an error about it no longer recognizing my charger. I called and they told me to bring it back in, which I did. They fixed the security tag issue, but told me that they were unable to fix the charger issue. They said it "was a common issue" and there was nothing they could do. Not only would it no longer recognize my charger, but they told me that any other charger I could purchase would do the same thing. I paid over $160 to fix a hinge that was frustrating but at least my laptop was still usable and mobile, and now can no longer use my laptop unless it's plugged into the wall because it can no longer charge. After breaking my laptop, they offered no partial refund or anything, and hardly gave an apology, just a "this is a common issue" and "we realize this is frustrating for you." Would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Great job repairing my screen, however they did not put on screen protector despite "confirming" they had. Since the worker did not properly document the transaction there is no evidence to support (or deny) that the work was done. Now my screen is cracked again (mind you I paid almost $500 for repair of front, back and screen protector) and all I got was "sorry". I would at least have expected an offer for a an actual screen protector this time.

I had a very poor experienc. I walked in with my Nintendo switch light which had a damaged battery and wasn't functioning. they told me they would send me text messages when the part arrives, and when they finish work on the device. they I had to call multiple times to find out if my device was finished. They ordered a new battery and it arrived from Friday to Wednesday and then I arrive on Wednesday to get my repaired switch. upon retrieval it had water damage to the screen. it looked like a spilled coffee between the screen and the LCD that it because when they cleaned the inside of switch they didnt let the cleaning solution dry all they way and it damaged the screen. they told me they would repair it free of charge. i returned it and they repaired the screen by the next day Thursday. I arrive Thursday get my repaired switch, which now has a lower resolution screen. and didn't have the screw to secure the back of the casing for the hardware. also after this "repair" my capture/screenshot button had broken. I decided I had had enough and the only hassle I didn't have was getting me refund for the original repair which wasnt in full because I still had the replacement battery inside the switch. other than the repair service being beyond ameture (liquid damage from cleaning, and forgotten backing screws and damaging the capture button literally the most basic stuff) they were very polite and weren't rude.

Emma and the staff are friendly, highly skilled, and efficient at taking what is teetering on inoperable and making it as good as new. Love their work, and I'll be sending more their way if and when the time comes.

Laura was absolutely amazing! I had a terrible experience at a different phone repair shop in the same area. Laura was so nice & helpful. She got everything ready for me to submit a claim to my insurance. I will definitely be recommending Device Pitstop to my friends & family :)

If you need your tablet fixed, come here. My mother's tablet charger stopped working and we looked everywhere to see who can fix it but no buyers. On a whim I looked up tablet repair near me on Google and found this place. They of course said they can fix it for only 99.00 dollars, it was a great deal. The tablet works great now.
