After a less than impressive job at a previous detailing business, you could say I had trust issues. Dwayne put me at ease and ensured my vehicle would be in great hands. He was not wrong. At the first visit, he explained the process very thoroughly. I even got a peek at his garage, which was clean and organized. That, in itself, tells me a lot. His attention for detail and pride in his work is commendable. When a deer decided to make its mark on my car, he was one of the first people I called. After the repairs, I took my vehicle straight to him. Then again, when someone couldn't tell their nose was longer than they thought and scraped up against my bumper. To be honest, I wasn't sure it could be buffed out completely.. but he worked his magic and you can't even tell I ever got swiped! I will never go anywhere else. Throughout the coating process, Dwayne kept me updated. I couldn't wait to pick her up today. Just as expected, she looks just as beautiful as the day I drove her off the lot! Dwayne is flexible which is extremely helpful to me as a mom of 3 with a busy schedule. If you are looking for someone to detail your baby, look no further!!

Did an amazing job on the ceramic coating on my new 2023 prius prime. It was my first time getting anything done to a car of mine and Dwayne was fantastic in educating me on the products he uses and how they're applied. He even offered me a free coating on all of my tires. Left very satisfied on the results and would come back for any detailing needs!

Excellent work!!! I took my Tesla Y in for a ceramic coating, and it came back looking better than when I picked it up at the dealer. Dwayne really cares about doing a thorough job for all his customers. Couldn't be happier!

Have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and had cement droppings on it and they polished it out. Dwayne and his daughter put ceramic coating on it. They went above and beyond. Looks better than show room floor. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd car we have had them do. Thank you.

Had my truck coated recently with Dialed in Detailing. I had a previous truck coated with another company in the GR, they did good work but Dialed In Detailing took it a step further. Dwayne was incredible to work with and went the extra mile to ensure my truck was done when I needed it back. I know what to look for when a vehicle is coated, especially to know how well the vehicle was prepped in order for the coating to bond properly. There were no corners cut, truly a professional who cares about his craft.

Dwayne helped us without a moments hesitation in a last minute emergency! Hot chocolate had spilled down our car seats under the carpeting and molded-unknown to us!! We found it just as we needed to take our entire family for a graduation ceremony. Dwayne stopped what he was doing and cleaned up the entire mess and then some! We can't say enough about their care for others and the community. They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for detailing!

It only took about 2.5 hours from when I dropped it off and he made the car look brand new and worked out the problem spots I pointed out to him. Dwayne did a great job on my Bronco Sport!! He fit me into the schedule within 2 weeks and I was able to get a weekend appointment for a mini detail which involves an interior clean and and exterior clean. It only took about 2.5 hours from when I dropped it off and he made the car look brand new and worked out the problem spots I pointed out to him. I was really impressed with the wheels and tires. They looked so shiny and brand new. Very personable as well. I enjoyed chatting with him for a bit when I picked up my car! I felt that it was a great value for what I got. He has all of his services and pricing listed out in his website. He also does ceramic coating on vehicles which is definitely something I want to do in the future. I look forward to using this business again!

Brought my 2017 Focus RS to Dwayne at Dialed in Detailing 616 for a detail and ceramic coating. I'm so happy with the results! The car turned out fabulous! The paint pops more now than when I bought the car off the showroom floor. The paint has a "mirror finish." Dwayne is truly a passionate dude about his work. He has high expectations and standards and doesn't settle for anything less. Outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Bring your vehicle to Dwayne!
