Had tires installed last week and there was a slight balance issue. It happens as no tire machine is perfect, Brian Nelson (Store Manager) and his staff demonstrated EXCEPTIONAL customer service by fixing this issue and creating a long term customer!

Good..knowledgeable service guys..And free tire check...and air.Got a flat tire in the parking lot around the corner from Discount Tire ....slowly drove over there...thankfully they got me all fixed with new tires...Great service manage / sales..Karl .Very nice and super helpful man.Grateful customer.

Very thorough & thoughtful staff. Super busy time of year & this staff went above and beyond to take care of their customers. Friday evening & staff stayed late to make sure all their customers had been served. This was my first experience with discount tire & I was extremely impressed. I definitely recommend this location for tire service. I plan to go back if needed.

Came here with a flat tire and these guys helped me no charge to fill and balance the tire. Very nice guys yesterday. All about helping. Guyz deserve a raise for their hard working friendly service.

Simply Amazing customer service!! When I got my tires swapped, they accidentally forgot to put my hubcaps back in. They ordered me new ones and installed them with no hesitation. Making up for their mistake was a no brainer to them and with a great attitude and such a friendly manner they quickly took action. I so appreciated the customer care and my interactions with them. Shout out to Karl, who helped me with everything during this process!

So on Saturday I called to get some pricing on new tires for my Chevy Blazer. They gave me a price and told me just a few people waiting, no problem we will get you in by the end of the day. So I drove down there walked told the gentleman I spoke to someone on the phone for some tires they had in stock. The gentleman told me there was nothing they could do for me cause they were to busy and I could make an I appointment for Monday. I also told him I had two soft tires he also told me NOTHING I can do for you today we are too busy. Brian Nelson is the Store Manager I will never go back and I'll never refer anyone to Discount Tire ever again!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered tires which took awhile to come in after prompting for updates after the required time had passed. Made an apt got there told 10 minutes later couldn't find the lug nut key and sent away. Came home found it within 5 minutes in the compartment I mentioned in the car. I didnt check assuming they looked everywhere. Also asked why it wasnt mentioned to me the multiple calls prior to verify this as most models have it etc or how a tire place doesnt poses keys. Like getting your oil changed and being asked for a wrench that fits the bolt. Regardless he said they looked and sent me away. Called back mad cause I found the key right away upon arriving home and someone messed up. To the person who answered; I mentioned I was sent away and needed to be put back on the schedule. No apologies no understanding discussion. Just cuts me off and says "good for you" condescending tone. I will admit my anger increased and I stated I need to be put back on the schedule cause you fd up. Understanding the wording could of been better but the tone and dismissive behavior of the recipient pushed me over. Stated I can come back now, told him I can't and need to come next available and again hes like come now again the words good for you were tossed out. I made the apt because I have work, can't just drive there and wait again. After condescending comment again I said thank you bye.Anyway spend your money where they value customer service . Be aware your not getting support of experts and or total lack of training to work in retail and tires.What I can ensure is the pleasure of rude customer service with no concern for continued customer loyalty.I'll take my 1.2k elsewhere sure no impact to the chain but "someone might not remember what you said but they will remember how it made you feel"bad news spreads faster then good. and hope anyone reading this will not risk the poor service.Best of luck

Made a 9 am appointment for a Saturday a full week and a half ahead of time. Went in 3 days prior to pay in full for my tires and make sure they were in store before I got there Saturday. Showed up 5 min before my appointment and checked in. Proceeded to wait in store for a full hour before they even took my van in. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't even get to your vehicle in a timely manner.

Scheduled a 11:30AM appointment to have the tires I ordered installed. When arriving five minutes early and dropping off my truck, I was told that I would have my vehicle back at about 2:00PM because they were behind on appointments and service. What exactly is the purpose of an appointment if you cannot plan appropriately to service my vehicle at this point in time? I typically bill my time at $100 - 200 per hour and would have brought my laptop to continue doing so during this time had I known an appointment was meaningless to them. Two and a half hours of my time would have billed half the price of the tires I was purchasing. Very disappointed.
