I arrived at the FedEx Office thinking I had all the right labels, etc. , to return some purchases. I had been given the wrong information from the company I had purchased the stuff from. Heather, the manager was very busy but allowed me to step aside and contact the company right there. The company had to send me two additional labels to send the products back. However, the printer was not working at FedEX due to a system update, so I would have had to drive back to my house print the labels, go back to Fed Ex and then ship. Heather stepped-up and offered another solution. Within a short period of time, my labels were printed and products shipped. Thus, saving me a trip in this bad winter weather! Was not greeted by anyone. Just a glance then back to what they were doing. No sense of urgency. I don’t come here often though. Thanks for not being able to accept the original package due to “fire hazard” which I don’t get cause it’s all cardboard boxes at the end of the day so now I have to go all the way to the Plainfield location. Was it cause the original package didn’t have a FedEx logo on it? Probably. Thanks anyways.

The staff at this FedEx is wonderful...I only know 2 of them by name, both Polly and Juniper are extremely helpful with all of my business needs. Would highly recommend this store!

The woman working around 10am on 3/15/23 at FedEx in Grandville Michigan was an angel! She was truly so sweet & went above & beyond to assist me with a sweet attitude & kind tone. Wonderful woman!! She was the only one working & there were many people who came in & the phone was ringing & she kept up like a champ & was amazing toward me & kept a great attitude!! She deserves a BIG pay raise. She's a boss!

They changed their store hours again, so if you have FedEx Express shipments best have your package there before 5 if not enjoy your long drive over to Falcon Court (which their last pickup from there is 9pm).

I got the location morning about9:40, I asked to shipment to China, the old madom told me I have to fulfill the EER before I shipment anything to China , I called the customer assistance, Indian Boy speak the English I can’t understand, I can’t find where EER is, I gave up. The old lady sucked the guce left , another young lady on duty , I asked the young lady if shipment to China for me , she did it soon. I am Chinese, I don’t know Indian English, Make me quite.

Worst customer experience i have had in a while. Lady with short blonde hair is horrible. I asked for help on a return label and told me to use the computer in the back. Basically said that i could have that online and refused to help me. I tried the computer with no luck.I left to UPS store on 44th and Burlingame and was out if there within 5 minutes with my issue resolved.Her attitude was horrible. I would recommend to not stop there especially when that lady is around. Horrible!!

The line was out the door and there was a lone employee doing the best she could, with a smile on her face. And, to make matters worse, she had to tell everyone that the FedEx QR code system was down with literally no way to print label/ship via that process. Do better FedEx...you have one job! (The employee gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

I tried returning a package sent through fedex at this location. They totally messed up the order and overcharged me by four times the amount they were supposed to.There’s nobody in the actual physical location that can correct any mistake they just tell you to call the phone line. The reason for the mistake if they have one person who appears to be under trained operating the entire location in a busy area adjacent to the mall. She also told me that they can actually fix any problems inside the store you’ll have to call their phone line for help.Then the phone line sends you to a foreign call center with rude customer service agents don’t want to help, transfer your call five times, and finally blame it all on you, the customer, and say you didn’t check the package good enough, even though fedex were the ones who prepared the package as a “courtesy”.I asked to speak to a manager and basically they don’t have any managers at FedEx according to all the workers. It doesn’t seem that they care at all about the customers and don’t feel a bit of remorse about charging me more than I was supposed to pay.

I have been going here for 2 years straight 3 to 5 times a week, these guys are awesome, seen a few employees come and go, everyone has been great, courteous, professional and friendly. Jim the manager, Pearl, and Brittany who sadly just left for a dream job...... you guys are awesome!
