I went in yesterday to buy fish oil and the employee wouldn’t let me buy the product without entering my personal info. I said I just wanted to but the product and leave and was told that the employee gets dinged if the personal info isn’t connected to the purchase. I said that’s not really my issue as the customer and was called a jackass by the employee and told to take my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

My go to GNC. Always running some kind of a deal and the staff here are very knowledgeable and kind. They have a hard time keeping certain products in stock which bums me out

Not sure where to write this review for the app and customer service online. They keep sending me orders, the website is slow. It locks up I texted cs online told me to call a number. I had two orders set at once. I’m going to go somewhere else it they don’t get it together. I deleted my payment method for now.

I come here all the time & always have a great experience. But went recently & a girl called Kayla was working & she had a terrible attitude. If she don't like your job, she should quit. Don't take your frustrations out on loyal costumers...

Jay D is kind and helpful until you turn down the membership he's trying to sell. He needs customer service training because that is not how you treat people, let alone someone who purchases products.

Jay D is very kind and helpful until the minute he offers you a membership and you turn it down. His demeanor changes and he's flat out rude. I'm sure corporate doesn't know his ways. He needs customer service training because that's not how you treat people.

This store was not helpful at all the sales rep that was trying to help me was pushing me to buy all these products while the coworkers and her made fun of me and my friend while i was asking questions also laughing at us when they were at the counter all together. It was such an uncomfortable situation to be in. I will never go back to this store. And i hope others don't have to go through that situation.
