“Had a great experience working with these folks! Kind of an unconventional location, but very kind people to help with cabinet hardware choices. Family friendly!”
“I would highly recommend! The showroom has a nice variety of brands and products. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kip was well-informed about the showroom's products, organized, and reliable. Kip went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases.”
“I was lucky enough to find one of their advertisements for a shower, of all places, Facebook. I actually made the drive from just north of Columbus Ohio and I am glad I did. They had a great inventory and worked with me to get the shower unit I needed and at a cost well below the big box stores. Bob gave me a good deal for the shower I needed for my grandson with medical issues. I cannot say enough how great it was to deal with them. Thank you so much.”
“I have been going to TOTW for over 10 years now because they are the best fabricators in town. My husband and I own a design+build company and we have never had any issues with them.”
“I came in to look for marble. I received wonderful personalized service from Dawn and Julie. Both are fabulous to works with. They are friendly and listen to your wants then help you find it. I could not be more pleased.”
“Great service. Customer care. Quality. Communication. Route rep is always on time with our delivery and friendly too. No surprise they’ve been around for almost 100 years.”
“Hello all.
Chelsea with KSI will not only help you navigate designing a new kitchen, but guide you through all the different selection they have at the brand new show room on 84th st, south of Grand Rapids. I've been ordering, installing and buying many of the different products KSI carries from flooring and Glass to Cabinets. I've never been disappointed. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU! to Chelsea and KSI for all the years of great service and we're glad to continue doing business with KSI in the future.
Best regards
John”
“Super cute boutique! Nice selection for a gift shop. Very high quality, one of a kind items for good price value. We got a nice cotton cardigan here for a toddler and a handful of home goods :)”
“Bought a water heater online, better brand at a better price than from a big box store. People working there were all fantastic, both on phone and in store. It was ready in a couple hours. Nice guy wheeled it right out to my van. I took a look around at some plumbing supplies and thought the selection and prices were pretty good compared to big box stores.”
“Amazing customer service. The prices were outrageously unbeatable compared to other stores in the area. The selection of furniture and home goods was superb. The only complaint that I have is that they took too much of my money 🤣. However, I’ll be retuning for more soon”
“They came and took measurements, went over what we wanted. Jacob came on Thursday and worked hard. Came back on Friday and finished the job. He cleaned everything up and explained a few things. Left us a bag with a shower liner, hooks, cleaning sponge & bottle of cleaner. Very happy and pleased with our tub to shower install.”
“We got our kitchen cupboards from here and have been very happy with the service and product we received. We also recently purchased some bathroom vanities and counter tops through them as well. Definitely recommend.”
“Ferguson is first class and their staff was great to work with. Brianna, Ava, and Tyra were all very helpful throughout the process. We purchased Strasser vanity cabinets, a Victoria Albert bathtub and a bunch of Delta faucets and really like everything we purchased from them.
Keep up the great work team Ferguson!”
“Rachelle was fantastic to work with to pick fixtures for our bathroom remodel. She expertly handled our questions, indecision, and multiple requests for quotes. Her email responses were prompt, and the information she put together to help us make our decision was easy to understand with both pictures and model information. Thank you, Rachelle!”
