Don't use these guys anymore! I reported them to the BBB and to the Grandville Police. They are dishonest. They kept a $9000 check mailed to me and a Discover Card. Would not forward it or anything just ignored my messages. I had to reorder everything and after 9 years CANCELLED my services with these idiots!!!!

I have been using Mailbox Forwarding for 6 years, with no problem. I told them to Fedex me my ATM card ($65) and they took it upon themselves to send it through the mail. To Mexico. There is no mail service in Mexico. Now my ATM card is floating around somewhere. They are scary now. And they lie.

I have been using Mailbox Forwarding for many years now and everything was perfect. However, I recent;y tried to log in based on an email link but it defaults to an expired credit card page that doesn't let me update the credit card. I've submitted a trouble ticket with customer service back on the 8th August but haven't heard from anyone over the 10 days that it's been outstanding.I can only assume they are out of business which is a worry since their address is across a lot of my mail.

I have the same story as all the other recent reviews. Unexplained charges appear out of nowhere. I contact support again and again with no answer. Finally, I had no other choice but to dispute it with my credit card company.This used to be a great service. I wonder what happened.

Complete fraud. Thank god I saw the bad reviews, I've been a client for 10 years but I looked back over recent charges and in the last year they've over-billed me $200. Stay away.

Haven't gotten any mail at my MBF box for quite a while, didn't think anything of it because I bought a house and had changed my address at most places. Retained this address for traveling in the RV. At the end of January I was charged $99.95 AND my normal $9.95/month. Ticket submitted, no reply. Gave them a warning before disputing it with my bank, and that's where things are now. Not sure if mail even shows up anymore, I'm going to send myself a letter and see. But I think after more than 10 years, it's time to say goodbye to what used to be great service. Look at the reviews, they're stealing money from everyone. Luckily they're local for me.

This company has apparently closed permanently. After ten years of service I recieved a message to update my payment info. Their system will not allow any updates and trouble tickets go unanswered. Now I am getting notifications from the state that I have not responded to their corporation report, so that's great.

Used them successfully and enjoyed their service for seven years while overseas. One year after closing my account I get an unexplained $80 charge. No response from the company after seven days. I will be disputing this charge.

I used them upon retiring in Mexico in 2009. Everything was fine until 2022. I ordered a bundle of mail to be shipped to me and it never arrived. Their site listed the order as 'pending'. I contacted them to find out that their 'software' no longer handled forwarding out of the US, and I would have to have my mail forwarded to someone in the US to bring down to me. Believing this to be a temporary 'software' issue (according to them) I accepted that solution since a friend was about to visit.Fast forward to Dec 2022 and although my monthly account charge shows on their account page as $23usd/month, I found out from my bank that for Nov and Dec they had deducted three times from my bank account $62, $63, & $93!Their Customer Complaint Portal promises response in 1-2 days. I have messaged them every week for 3 weeks and no response yet.I just filed a complaint with the BBB against them, and will also seek restitution from them through my bank.

Used them for 9 years but DONE. They charged my credit card $150 with no explanation or approval. This doesn't even appear anywhere on the customer billing dashboard. They just took $150 from my pocket with no explanation. No support response. Disputing and canceled. You lost a nine year customer.

I think this company is about to close down they just over billed my card for 119.00. They are behind in paying there bills was unable to ship over night becuse they had not paid the bill. I will be closing my account now.

Like many people noticed ( especially Google reviews which are all negative) they charge random amounts and they have non existent customer support. I have been a customer for several years, and from time to time they randomly charge me small amount around a dollar thinking i do not notice that. So i removed my credit card from their system. And now i am getting notifications i got mail but they do not respond to urgent messages and they are asking me for ONE DOLLAR AND FORTY CENTS without telling me why. Now i cannot read my mail WHICH IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE since i paid my dues. Extremely disappointing.

After using this service for 11 years, they suddenly closed my account without telling me. I just started getting an "incorrect password" message when trying to log in. When I sent them a support request, they told me I had asked to close my account. When I told them I definitely did not, they said someone else had typed in the wrong account number, and they didn't check the name on the account before closing it. My 11 years of archived mail scans are gone. They have refused to tell me what they have been doing with my mail, which included at least two credit cards and other sensitive personal information. They are legally required to forward it to me after the closure of the account, which they have failed to do. They have failed to respond to my messages about this or answer my questions.

Received 2 money orders. Have it forwarded to me on May 18. Received it on May 21 (Sat) and deposited it on May 23 (Mon). My bank said the money orders were already cashed. Called Western Union and was told the money orders were cashed on May 20. Sent inquiry to Mailbox forwarding but never received a reply. Be careful, everyone. Box 41743
