Always the nicest people working the front desk. I’ve gotten facials with Ebony, (always amazing) and have really enjoyed massages with Blythe, Glory and Cameron. The prices just went up recently, but it’s still worth it. I don’t love that they basically require you to have a membership (currently $75/month) in order to get a massage- otherwise you pay wayyyy more, but who knows, maybe that’s better for the therapists ??♀️. I’ve had a membership here for about 2 years now and have never regretted it.

Amazing place for a multitude of services. Massages have been great no matter who the therapist is. They have knowledge staff that can help answer questions. Utilized the subscription for massages and the price was reasonable.

Highly recommend Massage Envy for therapeutic or deep tissue massage. The therapist are great and if you've never had a facial I highly recommend scheduling a 60-90 minute facial consult/session truly wonderful.

While the people at the location have been helpful, the company as a whole isn't very great in my opinion. I am stuck keeping my membership because I have sooooo many credits and can't cancel or I will lose the ones I can use in 2 months. And I have 29 credits and can't manage a massage every other day. Feel like I'm trapped in the program and getting charged $75 once my "freeze plus" for $10 a month (pause membership but must pay a fee to use my credits) gets up. Can't afford to lose the credits and can't afford to buy more...

Have been a client of massage envy since it opened. I suffer from daily migraines and Brain does a awesome job. I get a massage from him every 3 weeks and so does my husband. In fact we each get 90 mins each time we love it so much!

This location is under staffed and is hard to get appointments. As a company, they want your account information to continue giving charges even when they are not able to get you in to utilize the service. As a company, Massage Envy does not care about the customer. From my experience. They just want their money, and will be sarcastically apologetic when they take your money and leave a customer unhappy.

disappointing and misled my 20 year old daughter into a one year versus 6 month contract, and when i explained they were very adamant about taking the money and offered no out. business will go elsewhere from now on for every massage envy. penny wise and pound foolish!

Very clean and welcoming. Glory is a gem. Perfect amount of pressure during my massage and took care of my problem areas, can’t recommend her enough!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a massage more stressed.. After months of trying to even get an appointment I finally got one booked. I get there early as instructed because it was my first time there so I had to fill out new client forms, in which I do. I patiently wait past my appointment time for my massage therapist but instead the manager comes in. She says she has to cancel my massage because my massage therapist felt ill and she couldn’t find anyone else. That’s fine, I was understanding although it was extremely inconvenient for me and frustrating as I waited a long time for it. But due to me being understanding the manager offered me a free enhancement for my next my massage. Finally, fast forward to my next massage the front desk lady constantly calls me by a different name in which I correct her at least 4 times, no big deal must of written it wrong in the computer, however they insist I fill out the new clients forms because “it’s my first time” and will cut into my massage time.. but I have to remind them twice (over the phone and in person) I filled it out last time that THEY canceled on me. Also, whatever. So I then reminded them about my free enhancement in which she adds on. Here’s the tip of the ice berg, my massage was horrific. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a massage where I HAD to TALK the ENTIRE TIME? What happened to relaxing quite peacefulness in a massage. My massage therapist would not stop asking me multiple questions about randomness . I didn’t want to be rude so I answered short for them to get the hint. Didn’t work. Also they preferred to have the lights bright on even after I said it was bright they only dimmed it a little. They then would massage me in places where it was painful, then call a certain side of my body being a “baby” because of it? A lot of the time it was just stretching not even massaging. It was the most unpleasant massage I’ve ever had. Last but not least, after all of this they didn’t even do my enhancement!!! The front desk lady said they were “new and must of forgot” like seriously ??! What a JOKE. So she added it onto my massage for “next time” yeah I’m not coming back after such a horrible experience. I’ve never been so disappointed and frustrated.

Read reviews before going. I had a great experience with Ebony at the front desk and Brian for the massage. Also, I haven’t had any back pain that I was experiencing prior to my session.

Not at all impressed with the membership program. The way it was explained prior to signing up it sounded flexible and easy to schedule appointments. It was not either thing. My first "payment" wasn't considered part of the membership. This wasn't explained until after my second appointment where I then found out that you can also not have your included appointment for the month until after that month's payment is made. You cannot cancel the membership and Massage Envy is going to get paid regardless of when you go so what difference does it make when the payment comes out? In my opinion it's a scheme to push people to "take advantage" of the discounted rate of ADDITIONAL appointments. I will not be renewing membership nor recommending Massage Envy to anyone.
