Grandville MI. Too bad the 2 young ladies were too busy talking with their boyfrends to help their customers. I was ready to spend some money but couldn't get help. My wife and I were the only customers in the store. First were not even acknowledged, then 2 boys came in to chatty chat with the 2 workers, we were totally ignored. We left and went across the mall to Kay Jewelers, spent our money there instead. Lost a good sale, girls.

Anna helped me pick out the perfect ring for myself and made the experience very enjoyable! She was super friendly and kind and was patient as I wanted to try on a million rings!

I don't often leave negative reviews... But this store has THE WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I placed a pick up order online. There were no signs or directions on where to go in the store for pick up orders. I proceeded to go to the register, and I patiently waited for 5-10 minutes for a store associate to give me my pick up order. The store is busy, so this wait was understandable. However, what was not understandable was that nobody in the store would acknowledge my presence whatsoever. I tried to get the attention of the woman working at the register after she finished helping a customer. It was clear she was making an intentional point to smugly ignore me, because she had believed I had skipped the huge line outside (where people were waiting to shop). I figured that hour-long line didn't apply to me since I had already placed my order and paid, and was only there for pick up (which should take 30 seconds tops). While I'm waiting patiently and quietly, a customer yells at me for "skipping the line." I told him, "I have a pick up order." Then the associate suddenly realized her mistake, and suddenly decided to acknowledge my existence. It's clear that it didn't dawn on her until that moment that I had a legitimate reason for being in the store and "skipping the line." She didn't ask me, "what can I help you with" or even say "there's a line outside the store." In her mind, she actually thought the best solution was to pretend I didn't exist despite my efforts to politely get her attention. I have never encountered such a rude sales associate in my life. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and I hope there are repercussions. Nobody should treat a customer that way, especially one who is patient, quiet, and polite.

Pretty jewelry and charms, definitely on the pricey side. Had never been in before and decided to check them out. The ladies were very nice and not pushy at all.

Awful customer service. Wore two rings for a week - one tuned my finger green and the other lost two stones. Tried to return it and was met with a very rude sales associate and manager. Don’t waste your money on this cheap product

I want to start this review by saying I have a background in customer service and it’s extremely rare for me to leave a negative review. I am a fan of stackable Pandora rings and my husband made multiple purchases at this store for me recently. Each time, he was unhappy with the customer service. But, since I liked the rings so much, it was fine. Today, however, was our last visit at the store. We went in to see about resizing/exchanging one of my rings purchased a couple months ago, not aware about the company policy that customer has 30 days to exchange the ring for a different size. My ring looks like new and has barely been worn, but I understand, it’s a policy. However, they way the associates handled the situation was disappointing. When we came in and went to the counter, I let the workers know which ring I need in a different size and was told that it’s fine, no questions asked and they took my ring. However, then they engaged in a conversation in front of me and my husband going back and forth if they will help me or not. Finally, they decided that they can’t help me, so I got my ring back, with no “sorry about that”. I was not opposed to purchasing the same ring in a smaller size, as I switch how I wear my rings often, but this interaction discouraged me from doing so. We left in an awkward silence and will not be coming back.

What a great place with the best customer service! Had the funnest conversation with a Disney Pandora expert and she shared her own Pandora bracelet with me, all Disney. I've not decided on a piece yet but will be back!

If you Insist on Going in person to Buy Pandora Jewlery then I recommend this location. Personally we Get alot of Legit Pabdora stuff Online at a reduced price, But when they have a sale Or I don't want to risk something Non-Authentic this is my 1st choice. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful and when they have a Sale like today it makes it a better justification.
