I had a simple question that came about through the process. It was never answered by PODS. I did not receive a response via phone or email.The product & delivery/pickup was wonderful.The ability to communicate with customer service was dismal.

There was miscommunication about how we wanted the POD arranged but PODS took care of it right away. Scott came and fixed it. He was kind and friendly and willing to help. He was most efficient and made my stressful moving day way better!

Absolute trash customer service. Had been double booked, the representative cancelled them both then took money out of my account after I stated automatic payment was not authorized. You’ll spend so much time trying to fix your account. Go somewhere else, avoid the hassle.
