“So I had left my lights on while I was in my unit and it killed my battery. I went to the office to ask for help cause I had no one els to help. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Latoya was her name. She went above and beyond to help. She found someone with a jumper box and got be right back on the road. I know she didn't have to do all of that but I have come to find that thats the service you expect out of a company that cares. Thankyou again.”

“Was a client for a few years. Facility always well maintained. Secure entry any time of day/night. Staff always friendly when interacting with on phone/in person. Plenty of storage carts available for use. Be extra careful pulling a loaded cart through the entrance, as the hump on the floor, can and will shift contents.”

“So I met Heather yesterday and we hit it off! She’s wonderful and I’m sad she’s leaving but today she was super helpful w the codes and doors. I’m glad she was there to assist! The place is clean and very nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.. yes Heather was great. However there were several people Living in their storage units. Couple times after hours I’d find people wandering around and pungent smells of pot. One guy was riding on a bike thru the place!!! And the elevator closest to my unit- moving out was a task- it had been out for quite a few days. Staff are helpful tho”

We have used them for 2 major moves and I can’t recommend them enough. We also used their packing services which is great and makes a move much smoother.”

Only recommendation would be to make the lease agreement a bit more accessible once signed.”

We had plenty of time during the day to get in the storage unit which we appreciated. The unit was clean, the grounds were always well maintained, and the staff was very attentive! Would rent here again in a heartbeat!”
“I recently rented a truck and trailer to transport a car. Reservation and pickup were smooth. No issues with using the equipment either but had to return it using the app and had an issue and then was charged an extra day. Seemed to be a simple mistake but I was still dreading trying to get it sorted bc customer service is hard to come by these days and people never seemed to be empowered to fix any problems even if it’s a common sense thing. In this case I was happy to be wrong. I went in the next day and chatted with them to explain the situation. Jeremiah was the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He was understanding and reasonable and jumped right on it and fixed the mistake. He gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Mistakes happen but they took care of the problem promptly and professionally without BS or a runaround you often seem to get even with simple things. Honestly you can’t ask for much more than that so overall still an excellent experience. Will be using them again and don’t feel the need to look elsewhere after knowing they’ll actually take care of you through the whole experience. Again hats off to Jeremiah for the strong work.”
