I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.”

“The Oak Industrial Drive location was super clean, easy to access as needed and people there are very friendly. I rented two larger cubicles for 6 years without a single issue or problem. I would recommend and would certainly use their services again in the future.”
“So I met Heather yesterday and we hit it off! She’s wonderful and I’m sad she’s leaving but today she was super helpful w the codes and doors. I’m glad she was there to assist! The place is clean and very nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.. yes Heather was great. However there were several people Living in their storage units. Couple times after hours I’d find people wandering around and pungent smells of pot. One guy was riding on a bike thru the place!!! And the elevator closest to my unit- moving out was a task- it had been out for quite a few days. Staff are helpful tho”

“Very satisfied with my rental experience. My stuff that I stored 6 years ago was still there and in good condition. Moving out was very convenient. Had to call Customer Service to cancel my autopay after move out though. Spoke with Nas and she was very friendly and helped me complete my request. Only bummer is that there is no prorated refund if you move out in the middle of the month :(
When I moved in 6 years ago, there was prorated charge for the first month equivalent to the amount of days used, but I guess the facility was owned by a different company at that time.
Also at that time, rate was only $32 per month for a 5x5x8 unit. Ownership changed several times over the years and rent increased multiple times as well, being $82 per month at the end. Anyway, I can definitely recommend Sparebox Storage and would use them again for any future storage needs.”

“So I had left my lights on while I was in my unit and it killed my battery. I went to the office to ask for help cause I had no one els to help. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Latoya was her name. She went above and beyond to help. She found someone with a jumper box and got be right back on the road. I know she didn't have to do all of that but I have come to find that thats the service you expect out of a company that cares. Thankyou again.”
