Illiterate staff. Don't know their own rules doubt they will tell you the truth.Bought a watch at another location an the staff refuse to clean my watch even though other locations say it's okay it would take 1 minute but staff is so illeraterate they don't know their own rules of the company. Won't send people here

I have been going to the jewelry store for 22 years now. Always have great experience with the knowledge, friendly staff. Beautiful jewelry. When I needed a repair it was repaired in a good time frame and reasonably priced.I personally would not go anywhere else.

Have bought several pieces from the Grandville location over the years. Went in because on of the pieces I recently started wearing again and noticed some issues and wanted to get it cleaned. Patricia Yeo, the Store Manager "helped" me. It was one of the worst experiences of customer service I've ever had. Rather then appreciating the fact that I purchased from them, she seemed to act like my request was a bother and why am I wasting her time. The overall attitude was she was better then me and it seemed to be shared by her co workers as well. And their protection plans are a joke. Just a way for them to drive up a little higher ticket when its not meant to actually help anyone. The service has been going downhill over the years, but this was a rock bottom experience. You've lost a lifelong customer. I will spend my money elsewhere and make sure everyone knows why.

Absolutely wonderful staff, everyone so nice and patient!! I bought my husband a ring and had to come back 2 times in the same day for different sizes (definitely my fault) and they had it all ready for me as soon as I walked in didn’t give me a hard time, we laughed about it and had the best smiling faces! Absolutely love this store❤️

We came here to look at engagement rings in the evening after work. The staff was very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced.My girlfriend had a pretty good idea of what she wanted, and the saleswoman carefully listened to her likes and dislikes about various examples. We very quickly found something that she absolutely loved at a very reasonable price.I'll definitely consider Rogers & Hollands in the future.

Don’t buy Movado watches from this store! I purchased 2 Movado watches from this store. One is series 8000 and the upper one. The series 8000 died within 2 years of wearing. I bought another more expensive than the series 8000. It also stopped working within 2 years since the purchase. The problem is these two watches had the same problems the same cost for making them to work again, $250.It’s Movado! These 2 cost not lower $1500/ea. and they stop working within 2years!I dropped my last one at this store 3 months ago. Six weeks later the lady called and told me it cost $295+ to make the watch to work again. I told I just bout this watch less than 2 years and it died, this is 3 grand movado,lady how can it died so fast. I’m not going to pay this again since I had them same problem with my previous series 8000. Who knows how long does it last and, my 8000 series also died after 2 years since the repair. She said she will check with the company and called me back. Today, about 6 weeks later, the gentleman at this store told me it cost $295 to make the watch to work again. Do you see the patterns?Movado, I will smacked these 2 watches when I have them back to show the people how the worthless timepiece of this distinguished company.Buy something else, somewhere else to avoid the headache that you may have with these people and productsj

We went to get a new diamond for my ring. Rosie forest helped us. She was amazing! Really helpful and knew her diamonds and didn't try to over sell us. She explained everything and made us feel really comfortable. 10 out of 10 would go again!!

Bought an engagement ring with warranty everything was fine and great. The stone fell out of the ring, so I took it in to get it fixed. I was told a week later that the damage was too extensive to be fixed there so they had to send it to their main office and it would be a little under month to get it fixed .. 76 days and 4 calls later with no updates on their end and me having to call every couple weeks (and their only response is "I'll check" then never getting back to me) and they just now say it should be in next week with literally zero explanation for why it took so long, when I asked the lady just said 'I got no idea, I guess they just took longer, they're probably short staffed'. So I guess if you want to risk not seeing your ring for 3 months then it's probably a decent place (or more who knows if I wasn't such a pain how much longer it would've taken, or maybe that didn't help but either way not a good look). I'm not planning on shopping here again though, not worth the headache of missing an important piece of jewelry for months when you're told it'll take less than one.

Excellent price, customer service and quality merchandise. One time I bought a ring from another business for over $800. I watched as it broke into 3 pieces within a month. No issues with Rogers and Hollands; always have obtained excellent service and quality on over 5 different items. It is my "go to" store
