Went here to shop for a bachelorette party. They used to have alot more for the parties but it seems as though their focus is more on clothing and drink wear now. The workers were pleseant and pricing was per usual. We just didn't find much of what we were looking for.

I'm visiting from out of town and came to the mall with some local friends. Y'all had a decent selection, but the store was so hot that we couldn't stand being in there for longer than maybe 10 minutes, max, before we had to leave. The Employees looked miserable, I felt so bad that they had to work in that. Hopefully that issue is resolved soon!

I came to this location after a much less than favorable experience at the Spencers in Woodland Mall. During that visit I kindly asked an associate there if I could see an item hanging on the very top rack. Staring at me blankly the associate then said to me, "well, yeah, if you're gonna buy it". Purely out of spite I left the store without this item or the other item I had wished to purchase. The next day I went to this location hoping to find the same item I had initially hoped to obtain at Woodland Mall. Regrettably, the Michael Myers coffee mug I had hoped to purchase was not available to purchase. In conversation with Ra, one of this stores managers I shared with her my experiences at the other location. She was most apologetic and generously asked for my number so that should she be able to locate this item she could then let me know. Later that day, I received a call from the manager at the Woodland Mall location. In stark contrast to my experience with Ra this manager was very dismissive and essentially said there was nothing she could do since I didn't address the issue during my visit. Yet here was Ra, a completely different manager from a completely different store with a completely different staff going above and beyond to address my concerns and my issues. I heard from Ra several times since with updates as they tried to locate the item. Just as regrettable we found the item was no longer available. She apologized again but assured me she would still like to have the opportunity to take care of me as a customer. When I returned days later I had the honor of meeting another manager by the name of Shyanne. She, like Ra was more than willing to take care of me as a customer. While I ended up purchasing an item other than what I originally had shared with Ra I wanted to purchase she still ensured that the item I had originally wanted to purchase was available to me. This, along with my experience with Shyanne afforded me the opportunity to leave this store that day with a much more favorable impression of Spencers. I left that day not feeling like a customer but part of their family. For this company, Ra and Shyanne should be the example for every manager and associate. Theirs should be the standard which every manager and associate should be required to meet as they are both top notch. I cannot say enough about this location or my experiences here.
