Bonnie in the printing department was extremely helpful for me. She was super busy and was helping customers three or four at a time. She's a great employee.

The store was very very dirty today, from the entrance to the aisles. I've never seen the store of a major retailer this filthy. Really disgusting.

Retail is tough with people and replenishment of products. Looksnlike they are struggling here. Many empty shelves and hooks, and it was very messy, but the people were awesome.

They have not properly prepared themselves to take on Amazon returns. The line is always long, the staff extremely slow and reactive. The lady today didn’t ask for help until her boxes were full and she had no new ones. She then had to stop the long line to tape them up and finally ask someone to make her boxes. That kid took his sweet time making them and kept stopping to stare at the line. There is no hustle or care that people have to wait for a half hour to return things. I wish Kohl’s was still an option. They always had at least two people to keep things moving. It may be worth the extra drive and extra cost to go to UPS. Out of all 3 places staples is the least prepared

For being one of the busiest Amazon return centers for Staples in the US, why does this location in GRANDVILLE always just have one person working the returns? Currently standing in a line 12 people deep?

Had to find someone to help us with a chair. She was rather rude about helping to begin with then she just disappears. We grabbed what we could find and left. Will NOT be back to this store!

They can not make a deadline to save their lives. I have used the printing services 3 times in the last 6 months for my wedding related materials because Staples offered same day printing on the things I needed printed. 0/3 times have they been able to have my same day prints ready when the same day, even when placing my order in the morning or even the night before hoping to pick them up the next day. Save yourself the frustration and use someone else for your same day printing services.

Had to wait quite a while just to drop off an Amazon return. Staff was cordial but not exemplary.

It was a busy evening & the manager, Will, who traveled from Lansing, in the print dept, was hustling to meet each customer's needs with patience & friendly attitude. I saw him work with a new employee & had great communication, a non English speaker & assisted him with clarity making sure he understood and many others as he also worked my project in. I knew he was on the end of a very long day & his attention to detail, patience & friendly customer service were Superior!!! Will is clearly a Top Performer for Staples & worth his weight in Gold in this difficult retail/lack of employee climate.

Office depot is a lot better! This location gives you an extremely hard time printing off your own designs!
