I love this place. The girls are really sweet. There is a lady with short blonde hair, she takes her time to answer questions and makes me feel welcome anytime I come in when she is there. I think she is a manager. JRP are her initials. She is incredible!

This style encore store is nice and has nice selections. The same cant be said about the staff. The lady Lee and other sales staff are rude and dismisive. The worst one is Lee. Shes rude and biased. The style encore on 28th is better, the staff are friendly and greet you at the door.

Overpriced and rude. Prices seemed a little high off the bat. Then I noticed while trying clothes on that one shirt had the original price tag on it, sale price $9.95, but from original retailer. Style Encore's price was $14.00. I tried on a handful, didn't work for one reason or another, mostly fit. Put them on the rack, walked by the sales associate on my way out and said 'thank you, have a nice day'. She looked at me, looked at the clothes I put back and said nothing. Will not return.

Very, very nice merchandise. Prices are good for quality also. There are a lot of name brand items at reasonable prices. I was very impressed.

Excellent for shopping, not so great if you're bringing in nicer/higher end labels. When they first opened I loved going in, they paid very well. Now it's so hit or miss in terms of what they'll buy. I saw a new with tags $425 jacket I sold to them priced at $16! And then Target/Old Navy brands priced the same. Which means they're paying out the same amount for some higher end designer labels as they are for Target brands. It makes no sense. :( They also did away with the clearance section, there are pieces that were there almost a year ago that haven't been marked down. Other than that would recommend shopping here, but not selling.

ive been here a few times and never had major issues. Until recently, when my mother was shopping and essentially was accused of trying to steal a $5 bracelet. The cashiers whispered to each other about it in front of my mother as if she wasn’t there. Her primary language is Spanish, but she sure understood. Disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Do better.

I walked out very offended how I brought in two of my Louis Vuitton purses and this woman with dark butch like hair kept pulling at frayed stitch on my purses- they’re used ofcourse but I’ve never wanted to smack someone’s hands so badly in my life! I was offered 75$ for a bag 14x that amount! And to try pulling it apart just made me never want to do business there. I left the form half filled out and left. Kept my composure for the sake that they will treat any bag as if it’s trash when it’s someone’s LOVED bag! As if I am not sad to let it go and then to watch some low knowledged trash scavenger dig at my bag that way! I GIVE 0 stars! I will be sure none of my friends or anyone I come in contact with ever goes here. How disrespectful to treat someone’s loved items in such a way.
