By far the slowest subway I have ever been to. Took almost 15 minutes to get one sub. There was a small line, but employees seemed to be moving slower than turtles.Didn’t like how meat and cheese area was covered so you visually couldn’t see them making your food.Will not come back to this location.

My wife and grandchildren came in for lunch on 2/22/24. We had a very poor experience. My wife ordered a 6" cold cut combo, it only had bologna on it (supposed to have ham, salami, and bologna), sub only had one piece of cheese (the meat was not cold, was room temperature, my wife's stomach is now upset). Asked for mustard and mayo, they put way too much mustard on. I ordered the Boss, they were very light on the peppers and onions. The lemonade in the drink dispenser was just giving water. We were going to voice our concerns, but none of the employees seemed to have enough command of the English language to be able to understand. The dining room also needs cleaning. An overall terrible experience.

Very bad customer service, I was treated by the married couple at night and they refused my order as it was near closing time with more than 10 minutes left. I will never come back here again.

This subway NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP. The dining area NEEDS to be cleaned and wiped down regularly. Floor should be swept as well. Straws all over tea not working and pop all over. Nasty dining area makes you not even want to eat inside the dining area. Not 1 table wiped off and when I asked the worker to wipe my table off he took a "DRY NAPKIN" and wiped it off REALLY? I asked for a clean table meaning disinfect it with spray and cloth! I wouldn't recommend this subway til they clean and KEEP dining area cleaned up!

Terrible experience, the guy who made my sandwich didn’t listen to what I said, and added what he wanted. Then when he wrapped my sub in the plastic he squeezed it so hard and wrapped it so tight my sub was smushed together. Terrible customer service. I will never return to this subway.

By far the slowest subway I’ve been to. I ordered online. It said it would be done at a certain time. I walked in at that time and they didn’t even start making my food yet. I was there 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready when I finally got my food. It wasn’t even busy. Seriously how hard is it to make a sandwich? I don’t understand what they were doing that whole time. They were out of the cookies I ordered. Instead of giving me the refund they told me I had to call a number to complain and get my refund. Really!? I said keep the 2 dollars I didn’t need it that bad. This place has really gone downhill. Next time I’ll go across the street to Jersey Mikes. I’m sure it doesn’t take them 20 minutes to make a sub. By the way if your gonna have a thing called notes on your app how about you read them. I asked them to warm up the rotisserie chicken and they couldn’t even get that right.

I've been in customer service for over 20 year now and I've believe her name is Crystal as I walked throw the door she greeted me came up go order my sandwich she was in the middle of slicing meat at the time she stopped what she was doing to help me not even did she greet me when I came in she asked me how my day was going she was making me laugh that's girl has a perfect attitude for this company and she makes a perfect sandwich

You would think that employees would know what comes on the sandwiches on their menu. The bread was old and dry. I should not have to tell you what is on my sandwiche, turn around and look at the menu... terrible experience.

I'm so happy today was just crazy came in got my sandwich Crystal was just outstanding she still got her touch of making my sandwich to perfection I came in and remembered her voice and said omg Crystal your back now I can come twice A day again but she than said I don't open and close anymore that girl I tell u will run the store open to close she will she a keeper for sure

Holly and the rest of the team were incredible. One customer was complaining about something irrelevant and minuscule and Holly did her best to accommodate him. She was very professional throughout his qualms.The sandwich was delicious, quick and the service was impeccable. A well deserved 5 stars.

They scammed me of 50 dollars and gave me false info they would not give me a refund and said doordash was to blame so I contacted them and they said it was the opposite, we went back and forth for hours and she was extremly rude and not understanding I gave her a ton of proof etc yet she blamed the fact that it was 3 days after the order was made that I cannot get a refund even though we called them and asked for them to give us a call the next morning so we gave them our phone number etc and they didnt call so I went in person and the manager said the lady on the phone didnt inform her of the problem or give her our phone number etc, and I provided pictures call history I even told her the subway policy on refunds, which is that the subway store is responsible for refunds and not the subway app and i told her this yet she kept saying door dash is responsible for refunds which is true because I contacted them right away and they tried calling them and theh didnt pick up and they said that it was actually subway that is responsible, note this is a 50 dollar order and the reason for the refund is that they didnt have one of my 3 sandwiches and they didnt have the cookies I ordered either so I tried to cancel the order but there is no cancel button on the subway app that is when we called them and they said they cant cancel it on their end either, so i waited it out and it cancled automatically after a while but the money was still gone and subway policy states it is the store that is responsible for refunfs yet the manager that apparently worked at multiple subways and works everyday didnt know that just like how she didnt know doordash isnt responsible for refunds either, she said the only things on the 50 dollar order was the cookies, there is still a ton of info but I already made this long enough, the manager isnt a good person but the other staff seem friendly , I wish I could get my money back but it seems like I got scammed.

Was at this location in the evening of 9/26. Walked in and no one was there. Thought they might be in the bathroom so me and my husband waited a couple minutes and called out to let them know someone was waiting.I looked at the end of the counter which gives you a view into the kitchen, and two workers were sitting at the end of the kitchen on their phones. I said “excuse me” and they both ignored me.
