Customer service is really good! Even when I have the most minor problem they are willing to help and that is greatly appreciated. I will add though, the location of T-Mobile on Google maps is in the wrong location. Should update

I spent four months trying to get fees that I was wrongfully charged back and ultimately Maurice and their corporate office decided it was better to keep my money than do the right thing. I was told different things from each person I talked to from being told by people on the phone that I can cancel my plan in store and being told in store that I can only cancel by phone. They make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel your account so they can keep charging you. I even got a refund approved (after many hours in the store and on the phone with them) just for them to deny the refund a few days later. I asked to speak to the district manager to try and explain my concerns and what has been happening and never heard back. This place is a scamming business. Go with someone else! Also I fully expect them to reply with a corporate response that ultimately does nothing to solve the issue. Unless it's you giving me my money back, I don't want to hear it.

Ray F took great care of me. He explained every part of the sign-up process and helped me understand my bill and what each option would cost. I'd recommend others port over based on the customer service.

The staff are great but went there a second time trying to upgrade my phone and no one knew what was going on with my upgrade and why it wasn't going through and I wasted almost 2 and a half hours it was supposed to be final payment and got hit with some charge that appeared outta no where of nearly 8 times my payment then if I pay it off I gotta wait 2 months before I can up grade my phone best part when I was gonna my card got double charged for the transaction and now I gotta wait til the money hits my account after screwing up my smart watch which I'm still paying on id recommend going somewhere else
