Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. His team was equally as kind, backing him up on return registers when other guests got in line. Thank you Eva, Katrina & Tori for being great teammates so Josh could help us! Thanks y'all! i was standing with my friends in the book section just talking and the assets protection 60 year old lady came up to us and starts yelling at us about how we were supposedly doing something wrong and almost threatened to kick us out of the store. we were doing absolutely nothing wrong and she decides to complain about us being stupid teenagers to one of her coworkers.

Ummm not even the store specifically but whoever the 80 year old lady is that’s working in assets protection needs to get a grip and get off the power trip. She scolded my
Sister and I because we were laughing with each other and she thought we were some teenagers playing around. Absolutely a rude lady.

Had an online return, the customer service employee was so rude, unfriendly and argumentative. She told me that I needed the app download on my phone in order to do my return, not true! I have the receipt on my phone and had to explain that to her! It was a sad reminder of why I don't like shopping in store!

The store is pretty and very well organized. Staff is always friendly and this is the only branch that manages to have all my favorite items in stock (in more than 20 miles around.)

I am not sure why only the self-checkouts were open while three workers were chatting. Every single manned lane was closed while the workers were playing around. Not a good look nor good business practice for a company as large as Target.When there is twenty people in line, the employees should stop talking about Tik-Tok and do what they’re being paid for.
