The Grandville USPS location is great! I go there often and it's always a positive experience. Very efficient, knowledgeable, very nice, and clean. Doug and Jen are the best! Definitely recommend!

Doug, Jen, and the rest of the folks who work here are wonderful people. Even the postmaster who comes off as a little hard at first is actually a pretty sweet perso who will go the extra mile to help you if it's in her ability to do so. Can't say enough good things about the people. Please bring back the drop box. It's a huge disappointment that someone broke that thing, and they won't replace it!

Rudest people I’ve encountered in my life. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted with nasty looks and smug attitudes. Their customer service skills are far below average. Every single one of these people need to find a job that doesn’t require them to work with the public. Customer service is not their forte by any means. It’s almost like their lives are so terrible, they re asked their misery out on others. I’ve tried this location a small number of times and leave feeling judged, dissatisfied, and angry. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be over charged or have your packages sent back to you for inaccurate reasons.SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!

This location and the post master, Lori (unless she gave a fake name) is an absolute disgusting place of business. Unacceptable racially motivated customer service and complete dismissal when followed up with on the phone. She hung up on me and laughed off my concerns and was extremely combative.In summary, Lori was extremely rude, unprofessional to the only Black Male in the store, but seemingly didn't have an issue treating the white customers with respect and good service. It's hard to swallow that someone like that is in charge of a location considering her actions.Take your time and money and go to literally any other USPS location. This one in Grandville is a complete joke and embarrassment to society and Lori should be fired.

Great service everytime. Staff has always been friendly. Anyone who says they are not is either delusional or self depricating and unhappy with their own life. Be patient and be as prepared as possible when you go to the post office. The staff is human and has human problems just like you and every other person. You never know what someone is going through so please just be nice to everyone you encounter. Kindness - pass it on.

Talking with the Postmaster about a problem. She acted like I was bothering her and she just hung up on me. She sounds like she smokes 5 packs a day, coughing every 2 seconds deep voice.

Looking at reviews of people giving low ratings, they are complaining about the usps system as a whole, which has nothing to do with with this location. ? and frankly for usps faults (they do their best), My nightmare scenarios only occurred with FedEx, UPS so I may be biased. This office is small, it’s usually not crowded so I prefer it to larger, busier offices. Rarely have I needed to wait in line, I run a home business so I need to ship out important packages frequently. Haven’t had a problem.

I went in to mail a package and I needed a piece of tape to tape the address label on, As I was waiting in line there was a clerk who had a customer and she clearly taped up his whole Box... Letting him know that they no longer tape things but she would do it for him. As I approached the counter I ask could I have one piece of tape to tape the address label on and she proceeded to tell me no, that I could buy tape. I walked out. It's badd customer service when one of the customers pointed out to me that she saw the guy clearly have his whole Box taped.

Had a package intercepted and held at this location for pick up. Without even looking for my package, the worker tells me that all of the packages are held at the location in Jenison because they only handle PO boxes. The workers at Jenison spend 20 minutes attempting to find my package and tell me that the package was last scanned at the Grandville location so it has to be there. I go back, talk to the same employee, show her the tracking number, and tell her that the Jenison location said it was at Grandville. She looks at the number, asks her supervisor if there was a package being held. Supervisor says, Yeah it's right there. THE ONLY PACKAGE IN THE ENTIRE FACILITY! She hands me the package and says, "I'm sorry. I've never seen this before." I could have saved an entire hour of my life if she would've just looked for the package instead of writing me off with her assumptions.
