STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! THEY HAVE A 3 STAR RATING FOR A REASON!!!They've been "looking into" my account now for over a week.Edit: After months mu issue still hasn't been resolved. This Verizon STOLE my trade in phones and has been charging me for the "free" phones.

Employee or manager Amy was incredibly rude and dismissive. My boyfriend damn near cancelled his entire phone plan with verizon because of how uncomfortable she made him. If you are not a “business customer“ this branch has no interest in helping you. Good luck.

Only reason for even 1 star is it was the lowest I could give. Worst store to deal with, I personally don't even know why or how they are still open. They give Verizon a bad name. Had to deal with multiple people to switch ta business account, had to make over a dozen trips into the store until it was finally set up. Between no call backs, many wasted trips and time having to leave work, multiple accounts created in our names, to the icing on the cake finding out when contacting chat about how to send in a phone for the trade in we discussed in the store that we should have been given a shipping label. They were so nice to give me one. Here we are the end of NOVEMEBER, the phone arrived at Verizon 5/31 and Im still fighting for my credit since the store nor chat marked it as a trade in...Now I have not only a sales rep, an assistant manager, and the general manager involved. Assistant manager will barely respond after a me sending a few emails demanding an update. General manager has never responded even when asked by a fellow employee who was covering for someone else to help. All and all piss poor customer service and communication. All involved should find a new job not in retail...

I made an appointment for 1:00 on October 25th at the Verizon store in Grandville. I was having issues with my voicemail icon and I was greeted by a very rude blonde haired lady who told me she could not fix my problem at all. Every time I opened my voicemail icon I was referred to buying visual voicemail for $2.99 a month.I told her I didn't want to do that and see if she could remove that message she said no she couldn't do it.Later I got home and called * 611 and a very nice lady fixed my problem within 5 minutes.The blind lady at the store was not only rude but totally incompetent in

The wait was a bit long, but the gentleman who helped me was amazing! His name is Dan, we came back to get my grandfather signed up, and he remembered us! Again, great service, worth the wait!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I thought the customer service over the phone was bad. My mind quickly changed after the experience in this store. The manager Josh, decided to come out of his slumber hours after the store had been busy. He comes up to me and asks what I need help with. I tell him I have billing questions. He looks over my account says there’s nothing I can do, the account is closed. I explained my situation again and that I did not agree with the charges on my bill. He tells me you can get on the phone over there and call the financial team but I doubt they can help. I said ok and if they can’t do you have a better customer service number I can dial. The one I called earlier said they’d call back but never did. He says I don’t know, but you can call financial on that phone over there and find Brennan (another store associate who was busy) if you have more questions. Then he walked away back into his office. Didn’t care to talk to me any further nor help any of the many people in the waiting room. So to Josh if you’re going to walk around with that manager title how bout you act like one. Your customer service sucks! Non inviting, very cold, no smile and couldn’t even handle two seconds doing your job. Go take some classes on management.

Store is very busy for a reason!I have worked in telecom for the better half of a decade and know good service when I see it, and every team member here is capable of assisting me every single time I come in for help!

They’re always too busy to help you.I switched from Android to Apple and asked for help getting everything migrated over(which I paid for). By the time it was on and starting to load apps after being activated, the employee was DONE with me. This happened two more times and I gave up, called Apple and two hours later; actually had a phone that was setup. Won’t be back, never ever.

First thing is that Ashley did a great job the past two visits this week to the store and was super friendly and helpful, so if you you do go there ask for her. My experience there other than that has been horrible. The Manger there (Josh) was very disrespectful and rude to me and his associates. He does not have a clue about how to take care of anyone. He was getting on Ashley as he told her that she needed to charge me for transferring the contents from one phone to another not understanding that she was not doing that as I was already doing all of it myself. I just has the two phones on their wireless charger as both phones were low on battery. Late in the transaction he then tries to sell me home internet as if he was trying to take care of me. I left with everything set up and would had my family come back in today to get their upgrades for the new IPhone 15 and Josh and Amy were trying to make them switch their plans and to get the promotional trade-in. They were both rude, lied, and did not want to take care of them. I'm sure they will be giving this store a bad review over this as well. I would not recommend anyone going to this location, but if you do ask for Ashely.
