Avoid this pharmacy at all costI write this review in the rage of the Walgreens pharmacy, and their lack of concern for the safety of their customers and society. I recently scheduled a rapid COVID test to confirm my health status. I made the appointment on my phone. I drove 20 minutes to the other side of Grand Rapids, and when I get to the window I'm asked a bunch of questions. After getting to the birthday question I was told that I had entered the wrong birthday when filling out the information on my phone. Anyone who owns a phone knows this is a typical problem with big fingers and small buttons. Sadly their system doesn't have a verify page before submittal. I was told that I could not get a COVID test, and that I would have to reschedule for another day. I asked if there was a way to update my birthday, and I was informed that there was no way to go into the system, and update my information on their end or my end, and the only way to update is to completely resubmit with the first available date and time. I asked if I scheduled for another day, with the correct information, if they could just use that and attach the paperwork and do it today. The lady was very irritated at that point because I refused to leave the line till I had a new appointment scheduled. Half way through filling everything out, on my phone, I was asked to go back around. After I complete the appointment questionnaire I go back to the window to be greeted by a new lady. I told her that I had renewed my paper work with a new birthday and the day of the appointment and time. She clearly knew I was coming and very rudely said they refused to give me a COVID test, and to come back on my newly scheduled date. Spent about 45 mins there, and needless to say I almost lost my mind. I debated going in to buy a drink and start coughing all over the counter since clearly Walgreens believes COVID is not a societal concern. I would consider creating a system that allows people to make mistakes, and the ability to go in and fix them on either end. I guess if people in the Walgreens medical community actually felt the economic impact of this virus they might have more empathy towards the importance of their customers time. I absolutely hate writing reviews like this, but in the worlds current state I absolutely think a company who can't take of their customers, who are trying to keep everyone around them safe, shouldn't be in business. Walgreens has lost my business. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Just went through the drive-through of the pharmacy and the pharmacist was amazing she helped me very well she even assist me by going to grab Pedialyte and went back again to grab Pedia sure what she did not have to do and sold it to me through the drive-through window which was so amazing very convenient recommend the store

Worst service i have ever had. A man hung up on me and told me to call my insurance policy. After an hour and a half run around I was told they had all the information they needed. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

I've been a customer of Walgreens for, probably 25 years or more and the pharmacy staff at Grandville Walgreens knows me well, I don't have many issues there.

Always a WONDERFUL experience. The pharmacists and techs are by far the most helpful, friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Of course now I can't think of their names save Laura and Brittney? Anyways, they are the best. It's like small town service at a big time store. Cashiers are always great too.
